    Since yall are gonna be this way about it...I'll go ahead and say some things I wasnt gonna say...yall have beaten us twice this year....we've beaten yall 3 times...both times yall have beaten us, you were not facing our number 1 pitcher...

     

    Also, about last nights game...the short, chubby, black ump that called the bases gave yall 3 base runners that were definitely out...terrible calls...they were thrown out and it wasnt even close...but, for some wild reason he called your runners safe....take those runners off the bases and give us those outs, and yall dont score 4 runs....

     

    But, Union City played a great game the other night...made some big plays....and we didnt hit the ball.

     

    the 3 times yall have beaten us yall didnt face our number one.. Union City knows how to win key games and yall just fell short this time, good luck tonight against Riverside

  6. Returning players to watch

    i'm not sure about middle tennesse, but west tennesse union city has a lot of players to look out for... returning junior cameron powers has one of the best gloves in all of tennesse... he is a diamond elite. also, they have a stellar left fielder in caleb long, sophomore next year, he has one of the best fielding percentages in the south east. and he has a GUN. he has a hot bat too. he will be a major threat for years to come.

  7. How Fast Does Decatour Co. Stephen Gant Throw?

    i heard he throws up to 107 mph on a good day... but what makes him so deadly is his 69 mph changeup that he will throw at any point in a count. also, he throws a killer slider and nearly unhittable knuckler. he has been scouted since he was 9 years old. good luck uc.... although, uc does have some tough hitters... stevie gosset is always a threat, and don't take their eight hole hitter, caleb long, too lightly.. this should be a good game.

     

    UC gonna get them bats rollin on friday versus Riverside... Stevie Gossett, Cameron Powers, Branson Sherwood, Drake Parker, Tyler Steward, Zack Caveness, and Rance Barnes are all gonna be hittin on friday.. and we are pitching Rance Barnes and he can bring it just as hard lol LETS GET IT!!!

    Who is going to pitch ??....Caveness pitched the McKenzie game...

     

    Clay Treece is supposed to pitch against Westview, and i dont know who is going to pitch against obion county... since Clay Treece is only a freshman i still think he can get the job done, and i think Branson Sherwood or Cameron Powers might come in to pitch after Treece if he gets introuble

    the Dalton kid im guessing is number 3... haha anyways lets get down to business, Union City has many starters from last year returning, we only lost 3 seniors, but those seniors were key players and 2 of the 3 are playing college ball... one is at Jackson State, and one is playing somewhere in Florida, the returning players are: Branson Sherwood, Stevie Gossett, Rance Barnes, Cameron Powers, Zach Caveness, Will Arnold, Tyler Steward... and we have some new underclassman that i think will step up and play.. i really do not know what Greenfield has but im sure they are going to have talent this year... and does anyone think that Humboldt is going to be good? they had some good players last year...
