  1. Nero , Rome is burning ! ( I saw it from the Kmart building ). Quit fiddeling around !

That was Jerry burning BURGERS on the grill. YOU must admit - they still taste good.

Wouldnt know about that Bigjo but if Law co Ladies & their coaches can pull it together i'll be sure to check that out next time. word is that until yalls coaches face up to some issues they are havin, and make some much needed changes, sounds to me these Lc ladies will continue to struggle. The players are feeling the pressure, But are your coaches?

  2. Dude you do not have a clue ! they were not "Defending " themselves ! they were the agressors !

I knew that people on the boards were subject to a little embellishment but I did think the principle for S,ville would be mature and pro about the situation. Boy was I wrong ! After reading his letter to the TSSAA I lost all respect for the man. pitiful!

  3. If I am not mistaken when twilley was ejected for a foul last year, andrews was tackled on the floor and no foul was called, in time a nose got busted and KT pulled Andrews from the game..

This all sounds to me that all the blame here is pointed to EA.. With that being said, is it suspicious to me or does anyone else find it bothersome that the folks at LCHS are trying to find ways to end a career of a great athlete??? Come on guys let it be.... you finally beat Shelbyville, great job.. but act like you have won before...

Now, I was there and I saw neither EA or any other player from SCHS "Go into the stands".. They did not have to go into the stands. The fans were on the court around the players...And i'm sure that the fans from LCHS, "that has never cussed or said a bad thing to another player", let the best player that they face walk right by them without one snide remark... come on, quit being so naive....

Was EA in the wrong for being upset when someone tossed water on him and calling him an ethiopien??? As far as I'm concerned he was just fighting back on what he knew what was about to happen... what?? you have about 50-60 fans all harrassing our players on the floor, that the players are only supposed to be on, and not feel anxious at all..

As far as the cheerleader im sorry that she was upset, but in the mix of all the charging the floor she was probably knocked down by her own "FANS"....KT would never push a kid to the floor on purpose.. and if you believe that then well you don't know KT at all...

I do understand that beating Shelbyville on their homecourt has to be the biggest thrill of your lifetime, but guys, at some point in your life you need to remove the plank from your eye instead of trying to remove the sawdust from mine...

Attitude like yours is why S,ville players and coaches are out of control. At most 10 LCHS students went on the floor to congratulate LCHS players. No water thrown. no racist name calling. You cant spin this buddy! Hang your head and say your sorry. Nothing else cuts it !

  4. I have just heard that the Lawrence County SRO Officer was walked out of the gym by officers and they are saying that he is the one that started it all by taunting eagle's coach Kevin Thomas as he was walking to the locker room.

The SRO did not start or create the problem, he was only doing what an officer should do. He confronted an adult about assaulting a teenager....this is all a bunch of silliness. This whole thing is a result of bad coaching. The LCHS Coach had his players where they should be, "in the locker room". Had the SCHS Coach been an adult and shown his kids how to be good sports, shook the opposing teams players and coaches kids hands and escorted his team off the court this would have never happened. Good thing there is video showing all this so the truth will come out...It's sad that there are adults like this mentoring our kids...I'm really disappointed.

Your right, the SRO did a great job??? I guess that is why like ten people told on him for taunting coach Thomas, and after the gym was pretty much cleared, two officers, the principal, our SRO officer, and the Super Intendant were in a heated argument with LC's SRO officer. And you would think if the guy had done such a great job he would have some other Lawrence County people over there with him backing him up. But guess what, there were 0 LC people backing him up. I saw it going on, so don't tell me i'm wrong about this.

Hey ! Your wrong about this !

  5. After watching the game, I'm pretty sure we can blame most of the nights drama on the coach for Shelbyville. The downward spiral started with his technical followed by a couple of technicals for SCHS's players. Clearly it was a hard fought game. Players were frustrated and in the end mad and looking for someone to blame. Just a little common sense and good judgement on behalf of SCHS coach and we could have avoided the whole thing. You lead by example.....I'm jus sayin! Fans will be fans, that is part of the game. Both student sections did their fair share.

KT is a classy guy. Probably a little upset after a loss, and not being able to get to his locker room after a game probably upset him a little bit more too. I seriously doubt he shoved or pushed a cheerleader to the ground, maybe, just maybe he bumped into her on his way to his dressing room, but really he shouldn't have any trouble getting to his locker room. Also, KT will never look to blame someone else for a loss.

If his display last night is what you consider " Classy " Then it is all making sense to me now !

The SRO did a fantastic job. I was there saw it all. pitiful show by S,ville coach.

  7. None of this would have happened if the Shelbyville coach would have walked the handshake line like most of the other players and coaches. When the S,ville coach ignored the handshake line and went toward locker room ( shoving a LCHS cheerleader in the process ) a couple of the S.ville players followed the coach vs doing handshakes with the others. Of course all that will happen is the students will be told to hold down the excitement. The coach will be free to keep showing poor leadership to these young men who it seems need proper leadership in the worst way. # 50 for S,ville is the worst tempered sport I have ever wittnessed.
