CF wins this one much bigger than first matchup. RW is too inconsistent and the CF program is built on consistency.

Possible but Rockwood ,has also been very consistent, been in playoffs quite a bit over years, I don’t know how many times they made the playoffs, but John webb and his staff have done great job for long time and has had very good program, with good fan base following them over years . Could be good one to watch !

I was definitely wrong on this one. Congrats to SG but York is a different animal.

I agree York speed  and ability will hurt south greene bad, Greene will struggle badly .  after watching both teams York hard to handle on that field . Be shocked if SG  gets 2 scores . (36-8) York

and York /Hampton in quarters . Neither beats tyner tho

Maybe its because WG beat Cloudland even worse, and if not for 6 turnovers, SG probably beats WG. Rockwood has to be the favorite but I think SG has the potential to spring the upset.

Should be good game , fairly sure Rockwood has all there guys healthy .

I don't see that at all. They can't stop a good offense and their offense only works if they are more physical than you or if you are not coached well on defense. York and Monterey are definitely more physical than Rockwood and are both coached very well. Rockwood has great backs but only 1 can carry the ball per play. If you can tackle on defense and are physical, you will shut that offense down. If SG had any offense to speak of, I would be picking SG. But from watching a little film on them and knowing they were awfully soft last year, I am leaning SG. But the next round they will get blown out by York. York's coach used to run that same offense way back when so he knows it inside and out. That game will be over at halftime.

interesting, coaching is matter of perspective, Webb at Rockwood been great coach for long time, his D coord. does great job as well, neither have taken off years.  York played great and deserved the region. IF Rockwood regroups at SG, they will give YORK a game, but....All roads lead to  TYNER.

Why even ask who is going to win? Rockwood has shown they cannot stop anyone on defense. Then their offense was even missing against york? How do you let york shut you out? SG is going to run all over them.

If they get some healthy,  they will compete. Heard they got a bunch out.

Doesn't matter what styles you go against as each team has different caliber of weapons and no two teams are the same no matter what you say. I do believe Hampton is the team to beat and no team in Region 2 can touch them. Rockwood is too undisciplined, York is undersized, Oneida has zero ground game, and Monterrey has probably the best team to have chance to beat them. York wins Friday though because of Lefew.

It will be a good game, thinking it will be one score either way

I completely agree on the uphill battle part. Pujo this team is different than many years past it’s like the never get excited. If 1 thing goes wrong then that’s it

Havent seen them( oneida) so I dont know. I figured typical type battle. out of both

Nv is better than last year. We’re not it doesn’t seem at this point. Made for an exciting ballgame. The only good thing about this one is it doesn’t seem to matter with us and Rockwood who’s the better team we seem to always play tight. Then again that was mostly the TL era. We’re a different sort of team these days. Thanks for the congrats. Seems we’re likely on yet another collision course.

How do you think the game will go ? I suspect always a typical battle between these two teams .

Think you might be stretching it on that one lol. No disrespect to Rockwood because coach Coach Webb is a fine man and coach but with him being out and dealing with a few injuries that gives Harriman a very good chance. Whole different ball team with Frost back now. That doesn’t translate to automatically winning most of the games from here on out but it helps a lot. Harriman has a very good shot at knocking rockwood off tomorrow night.

Rivalry game, longstanding rivals. Rockwood kids will be motivated for several reasons,!

let game speak for itself.  Harriman will be fired up i have no doubt, but, Tigers are still tigers tho.!
