oh im sure all the east tennessee allstars have maryville addresses by now lol, this is the biggest joke in years. no community has that much talent, ask Oak Ridge when the plants run out of work they were finished. the same will hold true in that area very soon. It still the knox,blount, loudon co allstars. If the talent level was that good Hertiage and William blount couldnt be beat either. mmmmm wonder why thet are awful? lol

I have never seen the fireworks at Anderson, I hear they are ok, if they want to waste their money on fireworks why does TSSAA care? The will move them outside the stadium area if TSSAA stops it anyway. SO WHO CARES?

Why dont we just get rid of TSSAA and play club level since we have no high school coaches anymore. This is going to be a mess this coming year. Karns is already looking for the best players at club level. Someone better watch the chicken house, the fox is on the prowl. TSSAA ISNT GOING TO DO IT!

Forget contacting anyone at TSSAA about volleyball, FOOTBALL IS HERE! They really could care less. I was told that when I contacted them. They are busy counting the playoff money from football.

Time to open it up at Clinton. The job pays good money. We cant afford another year of this kind of play. If they cant find a QB then they are in real trouble with Powell, AC in the district.The kids simply lost all heart this year. Ive heard many may not return next year in fact. We need a football coach and not a political postion from the vice mayor of Clinton. The Shattucks have made it quite well off the people of Clinton. Now its time to move on! I like Andy but he will not bring Clinton back to glory.

I am amazed at how weak this team looks. The coaching is simply awful. Clinton use to be known for it hard nosed play. With playoffs on the line they laid down and gave up 46 points to AC. The QB is young but isnt going to get much better in a year. The line is huge but cant block a smaller line. Kids in Clinton deserve better coaching. Come on Clinton people we want our Dragons back! Sorry but this time a former player cant bring this team back. I know he wants too but it will not happen they need more experience on the sideline.

TSSAA , WHY WOULD I WANT TO TALK TO THESE CLOWNS? Hargis you defend these jokers often, If someone doesnt stand up for whats right then sports as we know it is finished. No longer can a young person play and enjoy the sport, we now must play year around to polish our skills. TSSAA DONT AND WILL NOT STAND UP FOR ANYTHING THAT DONT INVOLVE MONEY. Ive seen practices in dead periods, illegal players moving from school to school, and just a few short few yrs ago 21 yrs olds playing high school sports. But what does TSSAA say? NOTHING!Show them the money baby they need it for some more rounds of golf and drinks.

Call it what you want, its still illegal, we either have rules or not! TSSAA could care less about volleyball right now they have money in football.

Hargis, Thanks for info. I think much has been made of coach williams and her club team of '18" and older. I had a Knoxville parent tell me it was nothing more than a recruiting tool for her. She was indeed in the gym around her team in Franklin last spring. Even though she wasnt the coach of this team she is using her 18 yr old team as an excuse to be in the gym. We each KNOW THIS IS A VIOLATION OF TSSAA RULES. I guess however you will indeed pay in the end. Everyone in the volleyball world knows what is going on except TSSAA. CONGRAS TO RAVENWOOD, I TOLD YOUALL SO!

Pageman, I heard from a parent a few minutes ago that coaching was a issue. Karns didnt work on or use to its advantage all the options they had. Was coach Williams that bad there? I too feel they had the talent but were under coached at times.

Not trying be smart, just had a guy down there at state who said they looked ok but simply outmatched and outcoached. And Hargis not putting any kids down just trying to find out a few things from the boro! I thought Karns all year to be in the top 10 teams in the state but simply weak at defense and not very well coached. Thanks folks, good job to all the ladies this year!

I just heard that karns was dominated at state, any truth to this? I was afraid their defense wouldnt hold together and the pressure of having to do it this year or else would finally win out against them. Ravenwood is still the best team i saw this year, To bad beavers!
