Did Dansby go play college ball anywhere? he was a heck of an athlete. But enough about Lancaster, Who will be the most improved team next year? who has the most to prove? who will make deep playoff runs? Personally i think the most improved will be Davidson. They lose a few players and Dixon is going to have a big year. The most to prove would be DCA. Next years seniors went 21-0 in middle school and are YET TO WIN A SINGLE PLAYOFF GAME. As for deep runs it could be anyone.

I agree, Webb Qb play a big part in running the wing-t succesfully. Some interesting games i look forward to seeing out of region this year are: Dca v. Boyd Buchanan, Webb v. Maryville, i'm sure DA and FRA have some tough non region games but i can not find their schedules. I've been wondering who the best o-line is? I know Davidson returns alot of members, they were decent last year. Also, Dca returns all but 1 starter on the o-line, Webb i am sure will have a huge oline minus the small,quick guards.

All 4 good players. I'd agree also, weak year for QB's but who needs a QB with backs as good as our region has! What one team in DII do you seem giving webb the most trouble? Who has the hardest schedule for next year?

#33 was just fast. Ezell should not be much next year, without there qb from this year they'll have a hard time scoring. As for Knox Webb going 13-0 think again. Check out there first two game...0-2 to start the year possibly. Who are the elite players in the region next year besides the blance brothers???

Webb will be stong as usual, and likely the favorite for the entire thing again. This year the East/Middle has been split up into two different sides much like the West 1/West 2. Webb will win there side (Davidson coming in 2nd) and Dca should win the other (FRA coming in 2nd). As for FRA being second in the entire league...there nothing without Maitland and Wallstedt. Davidson should be pretty good Dixon is just as good as Williams. Dca should be good as well they lost very few players. Should be a good year of football!!

I've been looking for the DII-A East/MIddle region All-District teams for a good while now and can't find it anywhere. If anyone knows where i could find it please let me know.

Overal they did a great job picking the All-State team. A few people i thought would be on their but overal its great. Does anyone know where i could find the All District teams for the West and the East/Middle?

Saying Johnston would be just as good as Kennedy at qb is just plain stupid. And yeah he sucks so bad at basketball he hit 7 3's in the 2nd half of the Middle School Championship against MBA...pretty good shooter if he could do that in middle school. And alot of people don't play basketball at DCA because of the Coach.

Everyone just needs to get off Kennedys case. He is happy at DCA and i guarentee you he is not going anywhere else. Kyle has never said anything about not passing enough, not having good stats for one game, not being satisfied with the play selection. He is content with where he is and is doing a darn good job running DCA's offense. Also, i've never heard Kyle or anyone else say he wants to be a big DI qb. He like's other sports more than football anyways. So people need to get their facts straight before they start posting stuff about him.

This Friday is the much awaited rematch of Davidson Academy v. Knox Webb. Davidson shocked everyone last year pulling out a big upset on a "wet" field. Also, DCA v. FRA should be a great one. Looking forward to these games...pretty much decides the playoffs. Gotta love late season football!!!

Tough loss for MC. Dca just out played them in every way possible. MC's only touchdown came on a Kickoff Return right before half. Dca pounded them on the ground all night. Overall it was a decent game and a great football atmosphere. Good luck to both teams the rest of the way.

Webb is the obvious favorite in the East/Middle this year. I heard they even beat Maryville in a scrimmige is there any truth to that? I'd say DCA is the 2nd best team in the East/Middle even though they lost to Davidson. They played at Davidson and dug their own grave turning the ball over 4 times and fumbling the game winning field goal on Davidson's 10 yard line. Also they held Williams to 150 yards. Davidson is still a contender though for the region championship, they are playing good ball since the win and Williams is back and looks impressive. FRA might be able to pull off a couple of upsets but i don't see them being near as good and the big 3 listed above. As stated earlier the last 2 weeks of the season is going to be very exciting.

Davidson lost alot more than just a couple of line men. They lost their fullback/linebacker who won Mr.Football his junior year. And also they lost some good recievers and good db's. Not to mention the linemen they lost where pretty good(good enough to beat webb). They have about a 30 man roster this year their numbers are down. And i know nothing about cascade. I am interested to hear about the game. I'm eager to see the Davidson v. DCA game.

I seriously doubt that Davidson watered their field. Nashville does get alot of rain during football season. I think Webb fans made this up as an excuse because they simply got outplayed. I understand that Webb doesn't lose alot or whatever and doesn't know how to deal with it but rule number one is don't under mind your opponent and making a statement like that against their school and the head coach is a personal attack. I'm interested to see Webb play this year. Can't wait for the webb v. Da game and webb v. DCA GAME

Webb probably is glad that they are in the lower divison because they can actually win the title in it. And i'm no DA fan either but from what i heard they physically owned webb last year and Webb got to go play in the west side of the bracket in the playoffs. I guarentee KNOX WEBB will not win state this year. Not even the region.

So why should Webb get to have 200 more kids in their high-school? Schools like Davidson, Dca, FRA, EHCS all do it with 200 kids in their high school and only half of them boys. Webb dropped down so they could win state and everyone knows it. They said it themselves. I believe after the 2012 season they are moving back up? Did they want their glory boys (blance brothers) to have a chance to win it or something? Screw Webb. Play with school's that have the same enrollment. And as for roster numbers Webb and ECS had the most players. So i don't know why your saying only 2 schools had more players? name them then. Webb doesn't do more with less...they do more with more.

I'm implying that i find it a little strange that two years ago Webb was playing with the big dogs of DII like MBA and Ensworth and then suddenly they move down to DII-A? and their first year in it they win it? sounds like they had it planned. I just think its unfair to the other teams of DII-A that actually have 200 kids in their highschool to try to compete with them.

Yes it is his 2nd ACl injury but it's the other leg this time. And as for Webb i'll have to see it to believe it...sounds too good to be true. But hey if i couldn't win a DII- AA championship i'd not let people come to school there so i could go down a division to win.
