I would have like to said that, but .... since the season is over I guess it doesn't matter. Since I will probably get in trouble anyway I am going to jump in there and say what others are thinking. Would have been nice to have the Snyder sisters, they have been missed this year at Volunteer.

Ok, wow that OMS has been fully implemented for the last 4 years -- nothing different there.

5 losses now, looks like we are back to the one man show. hard to play one against 5, stats will show more wins when the team plays together. now if South wins we will be tied for 4th and another coin toss for 4th place in the tournament.

Still not knowing what SLS system was implemented, with 3 losses in a row maybe we need to drink some

kool-aid.

4 days till we tip it off for real. How did everyone do over the weekend? Science hill had 3 scrimmages at William Blont, won all 3.

Crockett had a scrimmage day Saturday, Crockett looks much improved this year, not sure how many they won.

Longhorns went into overtime with Cocke County, Cocke County looks to be down this year.

Volunteer won 1 out of 3, still no team ball. Greeneville down this year.

Unaka won 2 of 2, alot of reaching.

Boone won 1 out of 2, played better the second half.

Happy Valley won a couple.

We had a girl get fouled on one end and get no call. When she went to the other end of the court the ref ask if she was ok and she said yes, then the ref said I saw that girl foul you -- I couldn't believe they didn't call it.

I agree with tommyman, just someone trying to stir up trouble, and from the times news there was no total domination of grainger. Volunteer needs to play some team ball.

I love all the misleading information that is posted here. For the record, THS's starting center missed the game Friday with walking pneumonia (not 3-4 key players as you suggest). Having her in the line-up would have made a difference in the final margin, but not the outcome. I agree that Elizabethton shot the ball extremely well which will not be the case all the time. Case in point, EHS didn't shoot well at all on Saturday against Volunteer and uncharacteristically didn't play much defense either. If EHS had shot nearly as well against Volunteer (made uncontested shots) as they did against THS, the results would have been similar. Volunteer has several good shooters that will definitely knock it down if left open. However, they are not nearly as effective offensively when they are well defensed. I don't know a lot about the Big 8, but I suspect SH and TH are the favorites until proven otherwise.
