    Date: January 21,2012

     

    Place :DC Storm Center Dickson,Tn

     

     

    What: Hitting, Pitching and Defensive Skills Camp implemented by Lantz Wheeler (former Lipscomb University and ULM Pitching Coach), Hunter Bledsoe (former SEC Player of the Year and current MLB Agent), and several local college coaches and current professional baseball players will be assisting with the instruction

     

    Cost: $50

     

    1. Injury Prevention: Proper warm-up and training is vital to any pitchers success and the foundation for injury prevention. Learn how to properly warm-up. Focusing on increasing mobility along with flexibility.

     

    2. Pitching: Learn to use the entire body to throw! From the toes to the fingertips. We will discuss proper arm action, how we use our hips to our advantage, using the back and chest to throw the ball and the best ways to develop arm strength and arm speed. Each player will be emailed a detailed throwing program.

     

    3. Hitting: All aspects of hitting will be covered. The goal for any hitter should be able to consistently find the barrel. Every kid will be different.

     

    4. Defensive Skills: Infield skills will be covered in detail. No matter what position you play you have to be able to field the baseball!

     

    5. All instruction will be given by former College Coaches/Players and current professional players.

     

    LOCATION: DC STORM CENTER HWY 70 DICKSON

     

    AGES: 4-8 2-4 PM

     

    AGES:9-12 4-6 PM

     

    AGES: 13-18 6-8 PM
