The wrestling coaches in the Middle Tennessee area will meet next Tuesday, April 12th at MBA beginning at 9 am to make out wrestling schedules for the 2016-17 season. The meeting will take place in the multi-purpose room in the lower part of the gym. This is the same room used in the past few years.
Please use the parking lots at the side of the gym or behind the gym and enter through the glass tower at the side of the gym. Come down the hallway to the end and turn right. This is the same room used in the past years.
Signs will be posted with directions.

Camp times 9 AM – 4 PM
In partnership with DOLLAMUR MAT SURFACES
CAMP DIRECTORS: Luther Killian & Frank Simpson
* An Intense, three day camp for the serious wrestler.
* Quality instruction covering mat work and takedowns involving the latest and best technique and strategy.
* Five coaches are members of at least one Wrestling Hall of Fame.
* Dual Meet competition each day.
* More than 50 schools represented last year.
* $125 per wrestler for pre-registration, ($140 per wrestler for day-of-registration).
* Camp cost includes instruction, coaching, lunch each day, and a camp T-shirt.
* Full teams, partial teams, and individuals are welcome.
* A one-time weigh-in will occur on the first day of each camp from 8:30 to 9 AM.
* Enrollment is limited to wrestlers entering the 6th through 12th grades in the fall of 2015.
* Concessions during breaks will provide snacks and drinks at a nominal fee.

Agreement, Understanding and Release
(Must be signed by Parent or Guardian before wrestler can participate)
In consideration of this application by SOUTHERN CHAMPIONS WRESTLING CAMP, undersigned, as parent or guardian, understands, agrees, and acknowledges as follows:
1. Neither SOUTHERN CHAMPIONS WRESTLING CAMP nor the host schools: Houston High School or Montgomery Bell Academy provide insurance coverage for enrolled wrestlers against expenses of accident, injury, or illness suffered while enrolled in camp; enrollment and participation is at the sole risk of the enrolled wrestler and his parent or guardian.
2. In any event involving the undersigned's child and requiring emergency medical treatment or hospital admission, under such circumstances as not to allow timely contact between camp officials and undersigned, this will authorize camp officials to take such action as they deem necessary in the medical treatment of the undersigned's child
3. This will further serve as full release and discharge for the Camp and its officials from any and all liability from loss, damage, or injury suffered by the child or undersigned arising out of, or loss while child or undersign is enrolled; undersigned will indemnify the Camp and its directors and hold them harmless against claims or suits made or brought by anyone on account of such injury, illness or loss.

This is a reminder about the Southern Champions Wrestling Camp. There will be two camps this year. First camp in held at Houston High School (Germantown, TN) June 9, 10 and 11. Second camp will be held at Montgomery Bell Academy (Nashville, TN) June 16, 17 and 18.

Middle Tennessee Wrestling Coaches Spring Scheduling Meeting
Date: Wednesday, April 14th
Time: 9 am - 10:30 am
Location: MBA (Burkholder Wellness Center)
We are in a new building at MBA. Please park near the tennis courts and enter the new building there.
Directions: From Harding Pike turn onto S. Wilson. Go to the baseball field and turn right. When you get to the tennis courts park there. Walk toward the new facility. When you pass the tennis courts turn right to enter the Burkholder Wellness Center. There will be someone there to greet you as you enter.
