My apologies...I will confirm this and then repost...I was informed he was signing with Appalachian State. Bolton committed verbally to Appalachian State, but did end up signing with Eastern Kentucky. By the way, what happened to the Blackmon 215 (Kennedy)?

Thanks for posting the results. I've been out of town all day and trying to find results on-line on my phone. Disappointed chattanoogan.com or chattanooga times free press didn't have any coverage of this. Suprising because 2 of the top 3 teams in the state are in this region. Probably be 3 days before the ClevelandBanner.com gets the results posted on-line. Congrats to all the wrestlers moving on to the State. Many champions and medalists will come from this Region.

Why are Bradley and Soddy Daisy in the same region for the Duals and in a different region for the Traditional tournament? Is it due to the large/small classifications in the Duals?

Chattanooga Times Free Press said today Mackey was wrestling 215 in traditionals.

I was asked by several folks last night to provide the following Bradley information. Here it is...... First state place winner - 1982 - Ron Johnson - 4th First State Champion - 1984 - Steve Logsdon First Tournament OW Award - Heath Eslinger - 1995 Most people in Chattanoga area will know this, but Steve Logsdon is the current coach at Bradley Central and Heath Eslinger is the coach at UT Chattanooga.

Tucker Bolton (Bradley) is expected to sign a football scholarship with Appy State this week.
