Although Calamity Jane is a very good post player, she is not on the level of Brandi Goodman. I have seen them both play as well.

Not sure when you saw CJ play, but if it was in the finals last year she was playing for the first time since an injury earlier in the year that was not completely healed so you may not have seen the best.

I agree that Calmaity Jane Coley from Macon County is very good, you should check out her stats and she does a lot of this in two or three quarters because Coach Beam doesn't like to run up the score. It would be ashame for her not to get recogized because of the lack of coverage by local big paper "Tennessean".

I'll throw in calamity Jane coley from Macon county. She is the most dominate post player in AA . All state tournament last year and my opinion if Macon beats McMinn central she would have been MVP of tournament. She deserves some consideration for miss bball

I was surprised to hear this score for two reasons:

 

1. Couldn't believe Macon only got in the endzone twice.

2. Couldn't believe Macon's D only gave up two td's.

 

Sounds like an improvement on D but what happened to the offense? Was Sycamore's D that good?

The Sycamore D played very quick and smart, we would break what looked like a big play and they would stay at home and make the play.

yeah,you and the wise man are just sharper than 2 hogs. keep bringing that slop and just remember all hogs end up in a hot box.show me some D. AND I'LL HUSH!

Congratulations to the Chargerettes! I was hoping my Tigerettes would bring home the gold ball, but they fought hard I thought and McMinn couldnt back down. I want to commend the Chargerette fans as well, every one that I spoke with spoke very highly of Macon & their fans. So once again congrats Chargerettes and congrats to my Tigerettes as well!

Tigerettes did a great job and other than the classless act of trying to add 3 points to the score by #11 with 1 second left, the Chargerettes were very deserving of winning.
