  1. I was fortunate enough to witness the Pickett Fence set up by the Bear and I was amazed at how he had his players trained to execute such a extravagant play with so little time. I was close enough to the huddle to hear the Bear use a quote from his book with .06 seconds left , but his publicist Marty Spears threatened a lawsuit if I infringed on the copyright laws by posting it. I proudly own the 3 volume set and will be the first in line for the book signing and crispy fried chicken at the Big Chic.

  2. This is a tough one but here goes :

    1. Bailey Howell

    2. Albert Ellison

    3. "White Lightning" Larry Keltner

    4. Mike Rhodes

    5. Lee Fowler

I would have to say these are in no particular order because all are Tennessee High School Legends in my mind.

  3. The Lady Panthers are 3-0 right now and after tonight have a chance to go into Thanksgiving break 4-0. The Lady Panthers have looked impressive to this point and showed no signs of slowing down last night against Wayne County. Good luck tonight against Hampshire ladies. Does anyone know the last time the Lady Panthers started the season off 4-0 ?

  4. Midseason rankings have been released by the HGA! The first half of the season was filled with exciting moments and great play. Earthquake and Tornado continue to be undefeated (5-0) in scramble play. There are 8 members that compete in the HGA but due to some only playing in one event the rankings only go 1-4. A total of 9 scorecards were found, the scores from each player were then averaged. Tornado,Earthquake, and Lighting were found to have played in 9 tournaments and Thunda in only 4. The rankings are as follows:

    1. Thunda---avg. of 47 through 4 tournaments

    2. Earthquake----avg. of 55.22 through 9 tournaments

(Ranked #2 due to his last two tournaments shooting 48 & 49)

    3. Tornado-----avg. of 51.23 through 9 tournaments

( He dropped to 3rd after a terrible week of play)

    4. Lighting------avg. of 55.00 through 9 tournaments

(His inconsistant drives and horrific putting land him at #4)

  5. It is true Porter was in the wrong place.....but is there any right time?? How can a NFL player who is looked upon by the youthful be such a disgrace. Porter was in a club that is known for it's gang related activites. The club has had numerous lawsuits filed against them for murder..rape..drug overdoses...and gambeling. Why would a "good guy" want to hang out in such filth. It just goes to show why Porter...and the rest of the Stealers should be banished from the NFL...

  6. I would like to reconize current legend ODB. Many fans ask how he got the nickname ODB, but to be honest court documents show Jerry Brown legally changed his name in the spring of '98 to ODB. It's now his legal name and no longer a nickname. ODB grew up playing ball in the small Arkansas town of Dirtyville(61 miles northeast of LittleRock). ODB told me he was never picked to play because he was always the smallest kid, he spent most of his time shooting an old soccer ball through a peach basket connected to a tree. But it was the soccer ball and peach basket that led ODB to being the deadly 3 point shooter he is today. ODB spent most of his life in Arkansas until 11 yrs ago he moved to a small town in Tennessee.(Hohenwald). He earned rookie of the year honors in his first season at Memorial Park. He played 5 more years before returning to Arkansas. While in Arkansas ODB fell in love, and forgot about the game. ODB spent 2 yrs with the Dirtyville Traveling Circus before realizing he was a ballplayer and not a lion tamer. ODB returned to Hohenwald and has been a huge factor for the Legends team. He currently is shooting 73% from behind the arc. ODB says he plans on playing a few more season with the Legends and then plans to buy out Taco Bell.
