Cascade is coming off a big win over Spring Hill and Community has had a rough go of it as of late. Should be a battle early but think the Champions will run away with it and win by as many as they want just to many horses in the stable.

Yes Cascade is moving to 3A this year, but keeping a lot of our natural rivalries since our region only has six teams. As in referring to Rose I totally agree that there are some great players in the state who get left of the team every year but come on man the kid had 2,000 yards rushing I do believe that should get you All-state.

Congrats to all the fine players from around the state that made the all-state teams. I've just got to ask how does Creed Rose from Cascade get left off the team? The kid had over 2000 yards rushing and 20 something tds. Seems all-state worthy to me.

Saw where Pigeon Forge's coach resigned. Anyone have any details on the situation there?

What in the world is going on down there in Woodbury? Are there no athletes in the county to keep any coach around for very long? Maybe Barger will come back to coach at least he was somewhat succesful when he was there.

I was just wondering what was going on with the football program down there. I just saw on TSSAA website that they were 0-7, and I remember when Spring Hill was very competitive. Thoughts?

So rose has no chance? You guys kill me he's on a 5-1 team in 2a with over 1000 yards rushing! Come on man!!!!

Moore county will not have a mr. football this year. Brandon wells was the best football player to play at Moore county and he didn't win. Not downing the kid but Evans isn't half the player wells was.

a whole lot of season left to play yet but JP Evans and Matt taggett, both from Moore County have put up some great numbers from both a running and passing standpoint. Evans averages more than 7 yards per carry and taggett averages just under 10 yards per carry

Creed Rose from cascade needs to be mentioned over 1000 yards rushing and he's only a sophomore.

I could not agree more Cascade is not the number 3 team in the state. It's way to early and we are way to young to be up there with the likes of TC, Boyd, and so on...

Whoaa...... let's not close the program down before we get a coach in there to motivate those kids to be successful! I played at a school just like greenfield that had no pride or history in football and has become one of the top ten in the state every year for the past ten years!
