Well it is not as bad I thought; for us that is, but it will be a rough road. I do not want to say much. We have some big time tweaks and adjustments. One thing I would let Davey know is you can not kick to them. I do not care what we do all night the big thing is do not kick to them. I would say the edge but QB Marshal alone will get you on draw if we are not looking. Cotrell on the edge and hodge off tackle. Triple threat and tripple work for the coaches this week. Like I said I am thankful for the opportunity to play West.

My favorite at Golden Girls is the Oysters.

Any AC fans want to see and really get some good keys to playing West here is the whole film; at least you get a look at the way they can play. Go review you can rewind as well. It was very intetesting to watch.

This will be interesting. Will get to review the CC/West game OL/DL. Since CC is passing this will not be as comparable but get an idea.

Hey guys we are thankful for the win tonight. What I can say is that this AC team is special. I think you will at least know you been in a fight. I am pretty sure AC will get some licks in that you will feel. LOL Like I said I have the deepest respect for West you guys are on a different level.

Since we have a lot Powell fans in here. I would like to thank the Powell fans (Players) that helped cheer AC on. I had about 10 that set directly in front of me. Thanks guys awesome.

Congratulations to Coach Duncan on a well played game. Those players have nothing to hold there heads down about. Great sportsmanship team.

Wow where does anyone begin. Trailing 21-7 Coach Gillum and staff made adjustments in the second half that blew my mind. The defense pretty much shut down SD. The offense had a new crew and attacked SD in a different way. That was some quick and accurate thinking by the staff.

This AC team is special, to say the least. We have players all over the field. The OL the DL, Hicks Johnson I would have to go all night. This is a well balanced well coached and well disciplined team and congratulations to each and everyone of them. These guys truly play as a team like Mr. Fox said and our prayers are with Matt that he is ok and nothing permanent.

Great game West! You deserve the win and respect. I am not going to say we will win or that we are better and regardless of seeding I would without a doubt say we are the underdog. You guys are good and we know it. One thing I have learned by experience and that is never count coach Gillum and staff out of it. He is truly a great coach. Not sure what he will do with West though.

Also want to congradulate the Price twins and team on a Great season! They have came a long ways.

Thanks Crazy and the same to you guys if we cant do it then we hope you guys (Cougars) can bring it home. At least 0ne of us can represent 3AAA proudly and bring home the championship.

I told Matt to congratulate the finalists and move on. We want an entire team to hoist a trophy rather than one man. Secondly, I told him it embarrasses the TSSAA and media more when you put it out on the field. They can't buy that, deny that, or take it away. He isn't upset over it. A little disappointed maybe.

Are any of those 33 wins after Clinton left the White House? I think Fulton has won as many state titles since 2000 as Central did games this season. Keep on the sunny side - why are you down on everyone that seems to win? I`m pulling for Fulton or Greenville in 4A, Maryville in 6A and Alcoa can bring home the 3A. If not West in 5A, good luck to CC or AC to bring it back to East Tenn. You are not a loser just because someone else wins. If Central makes it back, and I actually hope they do, I would pull for them as well. Back to tonight - Go Rebels!

Their calling for rain tonight and that isnt good for CC passing attack. If its a down pour my prediction could change for this game. If the weather is fine I say CC wins this one

I would agree the rain is a big issue with passing. This may change the whole outcome of the way this game ends. I hope the coaches have a back up plan.

how in the world he is not a MR football nominee this season is beyond me, him or Fox 1 should have been up for it. If you say its the line is the reason for Fox's yards than you have to nominate Pyke, if you say its because of Fox's ability than you shoul have to nominate Fox, neither is a travesty

Mav4 your exactly correct. You said it better than anyone. I thought well maybe its is because fox is a junior then well what about Pyke. I have no idea of the criteria. Not even the nominee. They have some explaining to do. You have two great players here and you do not even get one nominated . It just has to be some criteria method to this madness because anyone that knows anything about football would list these guys. Fox is num#1 in the state and #23 in nation last week. Stats not entered for this week. This absolutely crazy!

That's an advantage for sure. We don't have that luxury to play two platoon being the smallest 5A in the state but Davey always has those boys well prepared.

It's hard to read intonation on here so not sure exactly where you're coming from but I don't mean any disrespect to CC. I think with your coaches and solid group of players CC definitely has a good shot. What I worry about more than anything is that West doesn't have players that play both sides. That keeps them relatively fresh and the game trends to get long for those who do play both ways, and that includes AC if we get the chance to play them.

Tom that is a very good point. You really need players going oneway. The energy level will go way down near the 4th quarter unless you really have some good endurance strength. Typically this will get you about the start of the 4th. AC really has to watch this energy level.
