I don't see westview winning this one Milan will make it to quarters but loses to the yellow jackets. Fairview is looking killer right now.

Lol I really can't believe blow is still offensive cord. Cody hasslle is a beast getting big chunks everytime yet blow blew again lol. Like always. Camden needs something new as the off. cord. No question about it. Rick sturdivant would do a good job. Blow can be offensive line coach or something.

Na, it was the year before last year when we played you guys, trust me, Yes we are still very young. We have about 6 seniors I tiohink. Only 4 that see playing time. Our line is all sophomores with a junior tackle, and T-end. That's the way it kind of seems with them(memphis teams). I can't really get a definite guage on them. I feel like LCHSpanthers said it best. They will be athletic but not fundamentally sound...like Spring Hill

True that, yes I have posted on it but never said that game would happen. I do however think Camden will win this second match up. Camden croaked last time they met, but I don't see it happening this time. Camden is undersized, but the running game is doing a lot better now since the start of the season.

Again not what I said. You sound a lot like my, well UH, some other people I know. You hear what you want to hear, not what's said. I must be a little older than you. Never learned to use a typewriter so I make a few mistakes. sorry if i'm not perfect like you are. Again like some other people I know who are always right.

Swing knows his stuff now. Yes he is cocky at times, but has the right to be. I think last season went out in a crappy fashion. We could of beat Milan and all their fans know it. Camden was killing Milan up the middle. Then for some reason Camden starts running the sweap. Should of kept it up the middle. Now that was last season. Camden had a bigger more powerful line. Although Camden is smaller in size they have become, in the past 4 games, a better more rounded team. Cody Hassell is getting more touches and doing really well. IF that is a good size IF, Camden beats WV and plays Milan Camden has a better chance of beating them. Not saying that they will win or lose because this game might not even happen. Once again though it would be a good 5 points or less game like always. A lot of crazy stuff has happened this year, and hopefully will continue to happen for both teams.

Cody Hassell is doing a great job for Camden. He didn't get the ball that much in the first half of the season, but he really proved that he wants the ball the second half. He will be captin of the team next year and the go to guy. Camden will use. Heavy doses if him against Westview.

I think Camden is a better football team In the play offs and Camden gets better after every game Camden will get its revenge.

Harpeth has an average team with not enough defense to handle Cheatham Co. Harpeth has a a big tight end who slips out and makes some good plays. Cover him and stack the box Harpeth scores very little and Cheatham has the ability to do that. Cheatham has a better defense than Camden does. Camden beat Cheatham with offense and descent defense. Harpeth had OK defense and OK offense. Stop the tight end and you stop Harpeth.

how does Cheatham have a better d than camden when camden beat them 42 to 28? that makes no since to me.

I get the feeling that you've been waiting all season for some of the Decatur Co. folks to crow about their team,that hasen't happened so you start a thread and bash them for not crowing(someone from Parsons marry your high school sweetheart?).The Panthers aren't as good as last years team,but not nearly as bad as their record makes them seem after having played probably the toughest scedule of any small school west of the river.If you'd like to compare fan bases,Camdens' posters suddenly found some "important" pastimes last year after the Milan game...but you werent around then,I guess.If you're looking for someone to argue with,I'd suggest that you find a Milan thread and call swingjuice out(he'll be more than happy to oblige you),and stop baiting people.I've got a lot of friends in Decatur and Benton Counties,pull for both schools regularly,and respect both programs,so if this seems as if I'm taking sides I'm not...but classless people like you inspire me to set the record straight so check Riversides scedule and tell me what Camdens record would be.You might want to put the cool-aid down and remove those rose colored glasses first.

Well the way it looks to me is if camden had your "SCEDULE" we would lose at the most 4 games. It would be a close one playing Dres. but I think camden could beat them. the only loses would most likely be Huntington, Lexington, and possibly perry. Riverside could be playing a lot better than they have. They have SOME talent. they lost two games they should have won. they ARE NOT PLAYING with any heart at all. I've been to a couple games and I've seen it. Riverside could easy be at 5-4. Riverside could beat Adams and Dres. I've seen them play as well. you and i both know when camden and milan plays its crazy let me tell u. those games are always decided by 7 points or less every year. Riverside opened their mouths early saying they should of beat lexington. Riverside has played down ever since. are every riverside fan knows it. camden record would either be 7-3 or 6-4 at the end of the season with riverside's schedule. i hope you guys get your boys together and play some west TN football this last week of the reg season. and im not classless i've never startd threads without a reason. Their has been a lot of trash talking still on 3a threads from riverside so i got tired of listening to all of it thats why i did this. i have the right to. A team is as good as they want to be. Riverside is better than a 3-6 team about to be a 4-6 team hopefully.

Maybe that means Harpeth needs to learn how to take care of the ball. Camden won that game because they were the better team that night. You guys look good yes, but Camden took advantage of your mistakes that's what football is about. It could of went the other way u just made more mistakes that Camden took advantage of. And im not just saying that because im a Camden fan. Im saying that because no one knows how good your boys Camdens boys or anyone has it. Every game could go either way. This game isn't about what COULD or SHOULD of happened its about what did happen. And in high school football its all about the play offs. Yes it looks really good going in with a 1 seed and being 10-0, but that doesn't matter if u don't shoe up in the play offs. 2009 Camden was 1 seed and 9-1 for the season district champs, we lost 1stround in playoffs to a good Fairview 8th seed. That showed that Fairview came to play and didn't care about what seed they was or what the regular season stats showed. It showed that they was the better team and played with more passion for the game than Camden did. Don't get down Harpeth just from a couple loses in the regular season. Forget the reg season. Kill people in the playoffs. Disappoint teams that think they will beat u." Rip their face off" if guys have never heard that chant by Camden I am the one that came up with it. I was the captin of the chest painter for 4 years. And we wasn't afraid of any team we went against. Good luck Harpeth in the playoffs

You must have been at the trailer park when the game was going on! I got news for ya. CAMDEN'S NOT THAT GOOD We fumble the ball on the opening kick off And gave you 7 there. Then rite before half we go 70 yards and miss a fg. Then late in the game we fumble on the 3 yard line. Take away those turn overs and the miss fg and we give Camden all they want. GO CREEKWOOD!!!!!!

yea that 1a team that beat us is number one in 1a and also beat milan and bruceton was a win no matter what. wavo could beat the breaks off bruceton. riverside has the cockiest fans ive ever seen and they have nothing to back it up. so come back when u have something better to say lol.

I thought riverside was good this year. since they were almost beat Lexington. NOT. Who loses to Waverly? I haven't seen any smack talking from them in awhile so i thought i would stir up some trouble. lol I hope u guys can come up with something good. lol

lol its cool man just glad to see a good team pull through at the end. That is what being a number one team is about. Your back is against the wall in the 4th, and you come back and win in the end. thats really cool way to go tigers.

Camden has the second string in as of now.

This is the best we have played all season. We are winning battles and forcing turnovers and taking advantage of those turnovers. These are two of the most important things in high school football. The score right now is 38-7 Camden.

Camden could have beaten Westview but if you say that then you must also say that Camden could have lost to David Lipscomb, Cheatham County, Montgomery Central, and Harpeth.

 

Camden is 4-1 in what I would call "down to the wire" games this year. Lions fans have NO REASON to complain about possibly being better than what the record currently says. Camden is 6-2 and without a handful of key plays they could just as easily be 3-5 or 2-6.

I agree. Camden could have lost a few games. The mont. game not going to lie should of went to overtime. I felt bad for that kicker. Anyways im actually surprised that they have done this well so far. We have talent just no size at all.

Huntingdon looks very good this season. I've had doubts about them all season. This game will determine everything that they have worked for this season. If they win, which is a very good possibility, this will clinch their undefeated season, their district championship, and their number 1 seed going into the playoffs. If Dresden wins, which they also have a very good chance of doing, they will break Huntingdon's winning streak, possibly win district, and possibly slip in that number 1 seed. Personally I think the number 2 spot has a better chance to get to cook. this is a very big game. Huntingdon to me has the slight advantage in this one, but Dresden is pretty good. ill have to go to this one. Huntingdon 27 dresden 21.

Who wins this important district game. picking Camden to win 34 to 7.
