It will be a great game tonight but Greeneville has been playing their best basketball of the year even WITHOUT shumate. Greeneville will get the upset tonight but it will be really close.

There is no way that any of those teams will make it past regionals. Go ahead and think they have a chance, but don't tell people. you need to have faith in your team, but after seeing a few of them play, there is no way that they will make it passed regionals and on to state, that is a fact.
Do remember 2 years ago?...Maryville vs Greeneville in the sub-state?? Everybody was picking Maryville. Nobody gave us a chance, something like 90% or more picking Maryville big of Greeneville, and look who went to state. I believe the Devils showed up in that tourney with noone thinking they should be there. Even the coach says this group of juniors and seniors maybe the most talented he's ever had. When Greeneville clinches the regular season districts tonight and guarentees a birth in the regional, we'll see who moves on to the big show and who stays at home and listens on the radio. The underdogs will prevail in this one, just face it.

if you all think that the IMAC is garbage, why has Greeneville always been a contender. Think of maryville 2 years ago...this site was picking Maryville to win by 98%. And who went to state that year. Jus face it. Greeneville is always underestimated but always seem to prove somebody wrong.

The only reason the devils have lost in district play is because of some idiot who decided to celebrate a little too early!!...even with shumate out (who will be back by the district championship by the way) the devils are stacked with talent and will be in Murfesboro this year no doubt!

coach duncan of greeneville has been doing a heck of a job keeping a consistantly winning team every year he has been there. there's a lot of good one's just don't go looking at west greene b-ball its bad!!!!!! Bible has no help!!!!

Coach Duncan has had a winning program ever since he's been coacing here at Greeneville. I know that's also true for other coaches as well. With Greeneville as little as it is compared to the other schools that they play Coach Billy D is doing an outstanding job.

I think the greeneville boys and girls have the best 2 basketball teams in their coference overall they both should go to sub-state easily and they really should go to the state tourney. if anyone disagrees please show me our ingnorance. thumb

I'm a Devils fan and I've seen them play and the only team in the conference that really gave them a game was science hill and shhs beat them. I ain't saying that greeneville would've beat them but in the 4th quarter the foul count was GHS-10 and SHHS-3. a little lop sided but it was at the hill, what can u expect so i can't wait to bring them to Hal Henard Arena!!!!1

I hope everbody knows who Megan Lyons is cause if you don't seasons end you will. She can do it all. 100m, 110m hurdles, and 300m hurdles. She also does a few field events like long jump, high jump, and shot put. She can do it all.
As far as field events are concerned watch out for them G-Vegas spinners in the guys side of things. Greeneville track has some big time talent. It's the freakin' olympics out there with those guys. Watch for these guys at the states.
