Not being Chippy at all, I saw both teams yesterday play..CAK certainly will have no trouble Saturday...CAK's #15 is more is more than willing to carry the ball from the back line to the goal, and their defense presses up very confidently...CAK midfielder(Don't remember #, but she has very blonde hair)has some serious skills and the size to make things happen...
heck, may be nice that ND is NOT playing them again...

CPA should start getting a little respect. They have defeated everyone that has been put in front of them since the playoffs started. Everyone says we should have beat them but you didn't, everyone says we were better but you didn't win. I am not saying that CPA will win on Saturday but you can not count them out as they have passed every test so far and this is the 5th year in a row that they have made it to the state. not to shabby.

Sycamore High School travels to CPA for preseason action on Thursday, August 11. The two teams met last year in the first round of Region play where CPA beat Sycamore rather handily. Sycamore went into the game with numerous injuries while CPA had a healthier team and a deeper bench. Since last season, CPA lost a number of key Seniors while Sycamore retained their primary core. For the 2010 season, Sycamore registered 2 players (1 freshman and 1 sophmore) into the TSSAA record books for goals on the season and assists on the season; the freshman player also made the A-AA state team. This one has potential to possibly set an interesting tone for post season play.
CPA won 5-0

Pretty evenly matched. Not sure about CPA, but WH had one starting forward out and one who played limited time. Both keepers had tremendous saves in the final 10 mins to preserve the tie. Maybe a little homer bias but WH had more and better scoring opportunities. Both defenses however were pretty stout. Rematch in the Ladies Tournament in 3 weeks should be a must see if you are a misstate A/AA fan.
Also from Eurosportscoreboard...Beech over Wilson Central 6-0.
CPA also had two main players out
