Kinda funny story about the Wright kid..I heard his AAU coach tell another Coach this past summer that "Seth needed to pick up a new sport that he was wasting his time playing basketball"...happy for the kid

I would address that issue either...if the region is hosted by 12a then Richland and CA have a chance ...but if it is 11A year to host Mtp is a lock for substate

Bottom line when game is close the refs will not allow you to get close to Toby ..been that way all year..he plays aggressive as anyone on offense and defense ..but he averages less than 2fouls committed a game and shoots 12-15 FT a game..your previous post said when u play aggressive u will get fouls called on you..not so in his case

I seen when sh point guard was manned up on him in 2nd half Mtp guard got picked twice and then was moved to the 2...spring hill came out flat and mtp got a genorous call with less than 3sec

I've said it all year...in a close game you will not beat Mtp any where in this association of refs...Mtp pg gets a phantom call with 2sec left down 1 and win it at the FT line..the kid is a great player but when you figure in the touch calls he gets it makes him almost unguardable ...good luck to both teams in tournament

If both teams bring A game spring hill wins by 20

Spring hill...Mtp goes as far as their pg takes them.but spring hill has a pg who can match quicks with him all night..but should be fun to watch

Got a rules question ..a few weeks ago a kid from Hampshire was ejected from a game for cursing after he missed a shot...the referees and game admin made him leave bench and wait in locker room for entire 2nd half of game...yet last night at Mtp a kid was ejected after getting up in a kids face a shoving him, techs were given and he was booted...but he was allowed to remain on bench...not taking up for either incident just wanna know what makes one worst than other

Been an assistant at quite a few schools(Mtp/Lewis county/few others/) was head coach at Loretto

Hope they give intern coach a serious look...this is his 1st year there and kids seem to like him

for whatever reason teams seem to play bad against Mtp..but they have same prob with 12A in tournament ..but think Richland CA or Mtp can beat anyone on the other side of region

i try to stay off of here as much as I can..but posts like this I can't I just can't help myself ...be interesting to see what excuse is given to daily herald after this loss ...the last to we're pretty pathitic

The Hampshire community and Girls basketball team needs everyones prayers..Their Captain and leading scorer Shelby Voss was in a car accident a week or so ago and will miss a good part of the season..The rest of the team will need your prayers also as they try to continue what couldve been a much improved hampshire squad with so many key players returning..It must be hard on the coaches and a group of young women as they take the floor every night emotionally drained and heavy hearted as it is on shelby wanting so much to be on the floor with her team..Shelby we are all pulling for you to make a full recovery and to return to the court..we all know with prayer and determination you will return better than ever
