The sudden announcement of Ken Nolan, Principal of siegel high School, went thru the Community like a bolt of lightning as it was known the amiable Principal could be close to the age to consider it but many just thought he was just ageless because the energetic Nolan, as usual, seemed to be everywhere in one of the largest Public High Schools in the STate. Ken Nolan has been a builder throughout his life and after being in the Rutherford School system in Administration for a number of years, the latest job he had was to Staff and make siegel the School it is. After all, for nine years he put put his life in the school and cared for over 2000 students and their families along with the Staff of the School. siegel High School is Ken Nolan and the Staff at the School.

Like all Principals in the Large schools in Rutherford the Hallmark of his Tenure has been the way He and his Staff have put on the Large series of events at the School. It has been first class in every way and all that have been associated with the school from the outside have been continually amazed as to the quality of presentation by the School. That comes from the top but is a reflection of the great Staff that was put together at the school. ACT's have continually been very high and seemed to be a matter Principal Nolan has been proudest.

With everything that has happened the community always knew and have had confidence the right thing would be done. He always had the well being of the students foremost in his thoughts. The wear and tear of 39 years in Education especially speaks well of his performance. Good job Ken Nolan and the Professionalism that has been exhibited especially the past 9 years siegel was developed.
