Collinwood should be top dog. Theyve got all but two starters back and have a pitcher who was young last year but is slinging it now. B Daniel, J Brewer, Ben Ragan, Kelby Ray.

If MP had Harlen, theyd be the number one team.

The first time CW played CA, CA hit a long three at the buzzer. Thats pretty close. MP beat CW by 3 after MP "learned" to play together. Thats close also. Just like football, MP is less than spectacular with out thier hero.

None of these teams will win state. 12a is down. Collinwood is the best team in it and they played with MP, and CA. Dont get your hopes up.

Briar is fine and will.be 100%. Look for him to get walked alot. He can crush like no one else in the district.

I'll say WC vs Cwood and WC by 2.

I feel like WC caught CW off guard last game. Trojans missed at least 75% of free throws. Id expect CW to play more like the first game.

Wouldnt be surprised to see WC/CW in the end.

High school officiating is terrible in every sport, but basketball is by far the worst. Maybe because its the hardest to rule.

Collinwood did play a good game. Congrats!! But Summertown beat themselves friday night. They were still within 5 points in the 4th, and had over 20 unforced turnovers! You definitely shouldn't even be in the game with that one stat alone!

Eagles were within 5 because Trojans couldn't hit the side of a barn from the charity stripe. Like 4 of 15.

 

Heard the same rumors about everybody else. But I've always heard that Statom jumps around the cwood weight room head banging to death metal naked while biting the heads off stray cats. Just a rumor.

Logan Montgomery got mvp. Peyton Risner got defensive player of year.

Trojans did the same last night versus clifton. Shot bad in the first half and went in tied at 25 with the Lions. Came out on fire with a 26-3 run to open the third. Trojans scored 51 second half points. Led by as much as 30 a couple of times. The threes made the difference.

I was at that game and it was a take you out behind the barn and waylay the crap out of you spanking..But that woke the Warriors up and they went on to blow the competition out in the playoffs to win there first state championship. Sorry to get off subject but was just commenting since I was an eye witness.

Patrick Nix also led Auburn to an undefeated season. 11-0 nowhere to go. Hes related to Greenman from Collinwood. Ive had to hear that story a few times.

Christmas break is about over and its time to get back to football!

Heard that........went to watch CW/WC basketball game.....not much to watch. Pigg for Cwood had a good dunk though.
