Ummmm that us when the major recruiting happens is when your a jr in high school ( you are on a programs map, then rader , then strike zone) So yeah 2 years out is when the big boys start knocking in your door and rest assured they are knocking hard on VW door loud and often ( note all those major programs don't sniff or let alone put an offer on the table for nothing ) What you know Indy football no offense and depth? Note , they have some kids that can flat out run the ball this year, and Wharton is a weapon all to himself ..... All you boast about is Brentwood looked great lots of depth both sides of the ball-note HHS pulled its starters after 15 plays and bigger note you don't have anywhere the depth you dream of!!! Thug program , really how old are you - grow up with the verbal spewage- You are the thug and have no class at all , you come here calling VW names,calling a program thugs,and acting like a skirt. So VW and the kid from BA are thugs? IHS does have plenty of respect and we don't need a overweight wanna be coach telling otherwise - See we may talk crow about winning or beating your team, but we don't act like little girls and verbally assult your players or your program.... First-Here is to a healthy and fun season for all schools , best of luck ! For many years, it was almost a safe bet to pick whom would be fighting for the conference title -this year it is wide open and should be a fun and exciting season with really no clear cut favorite to run away with it....... so here we go..... 1. Indy - yikes I said it- The D should be a great as usuall with Coach C -Passing against them will be tough with Wharton and watch out for the Steele kid, he is a beast Offense- as the O goes so will the Indy season-They need to shake up the play calling , last year at times I could have sworn I saw the Franklin Cowboy Peewee football team have better play calling then Indy-Can Indy pass the ball this year ? They will have a some above average backs this year , so expect the rushing yards to be better- how Wharton goes on O will tell how well the team can score- they need to get him touches and alot of them 2.Brentwood - new coach how will they react - its Brentwood however and they produce players every year. 3.CHS- Rector Mania - this will be the year to end the 0 for lifetime vs FHS 4. Boro - they are back------ 5 FHS-letting the coach go was a big mistake- can they play any D this year 6.Ravenwood- do they still paly football - **** Side Note - will INDY finally score vs FHS this year ?

hold on big guy - yeah you can score on a fluke play ( not saying that it happened tonight ) by all accounts each team ran 15 plays on O and D - I would not take anything from this "controlled practice' as what will happen in the season OR whom is the better team- They use these 15 plays to try new things out- iron some wrinkles out and take a look at the system they are using-

As far as Wharton Sr maybe it's not bout the money or poverty line- you don't know he JUST may have other sources of income.... Wharton will be a safety at the next level ( major D1 school) he has recieved 5 offers already and Ohio State has been very warm to him of late.... Raw? Are you kidding me, the kid is as polished DB in the state, hence his 7 int at the Vandy Camp.....he stands out to some more on offense b/c his speed, ability to cut back , read defenders and the fact that he is the best athlete on the field.

I know he is doing the 7 on 7 know at Vandy but whom knows what will happen- Maybe SOMEONE can help out here - I know the rules for private-public transfers fror Chicago but can someone help me out with the TSSAA RULES... I guess my question is if a kid cant afford to go to Brentwood Academy ( I am not implying this is Gauldens case ) they have to move to another school that is more then 20 miles away > that seems crazy, since its going private to public ... I could see if kid went from FHS to INDY... So would this be the same if joe Bubba went to Indy and his parents wanted to get him a good education so they sent him to Father Ryan does he need to sit out a year as well

A friend on the Vandy Staff said to me that he is the real deal Dont know about how the QB's in the conference are but as I said earlier with him, and the BA transfer, passing on the Eagles wont be easy at all - i am more excited to see what type of package they will have for him on offense whom is the INDY QB ?

With Wharton already on board Dyson gets Rashaan Gaulden . The 6-foot-1, 172-pound defensive back transfers from Brentwood Academy where he led the team in tackles and INT's - offers already in from Vandy,UT, Nebraska,Miss St,Georgia and Miami... I cant see to many teams passing on Indy this year with two D1 prospects in the backfield ... if Indy can get things up and going on Offense and I am sure Wharton will have a big part in it - they will surprise alot of teams this year....

You are correct about some off field issues but the kid is being looked at many D1 schools that the likes of this region has not seen in a long time - Telling you he will be good for 7 pts a game

i will give props for Dyson for doing a great job last season- but i agree with the above posted that the his offensive play calling was less then stellar ! Keep in mind however that most teams knew that they had no running game at all, and the QBs were not going to beat them ,so blame it on lack of skill position players , or his peewee AAA playcalling that hurt the team in the long run.. The addition of this Wharton kid should make life easier for him- teams can shadow him but he is the type of kid that you wont hold/contain all night even before wharton i thought they would be the sleeper team again this year and I think the kids at INDY like that

Something about HS football..... Hello fans and here is to a great and healthy season to all the teams .. I had Indy in the middle of the preseaon rankings and reading reports of Wharton being at Indy, well they are now the team to beat in conference ( yes he can make that big of difference- be it RB/QB or WR ) he will cause all kinds of match-up problems ... And you better not kick or punt to this kid - I saw him last year and came away impressed and saw a video clip and he will be the difference Indy BHS CHS and yep I do think the 0-16 ends for CHS this year
