Report po st 14, 2017 (edited) Coaches, It’s time again to start thinking about your 2019 Softball Tournaments. This year the Zaxby’s Tournament will be renamed to the Queen City Classic and be held again at the Rich Ellen Park in Clarksville. This tournament will be sanctioned by the NFHS and the TSSAA and sponsored by Rossview again. Make sure you sign up for the tournament on March 29th & 30th to make sure you are still working with Rossview and the tournaments that have been in Clarksville the past 18 years. This is the old Play It Again Tournament that was renamed a couple of years ago to the Zaxby’s Classic and has been one of the largest tournaments in the South for many years. We are renaming again this year since Zaxby's has decided to not sponsor tournaments at this time. Because of umpire rates and rising cost to rent facilities our entry fee will again be $300 this year. Please email me back if you are interested in this tournament. We hope to have our website up soon so you can sign up on line, but get back with me soon, this tournament will fill up again this year as it does every year. Date: March 29 & 30, 2019 Tournament : Queen City Classic Field: The New Rich Ellen Park http://www.mcgtn.org/parks/parks-and-facilities#richellen Fee: $300 Director: Phil Burkhart Thanks, Phil Burkhart Contact : Phil Burkhart by text at (931) 216-0740 or email at phillip.burkhart@cmcss.net Edited August 14, 2017 by TSCA Quote

The 3rd Annual Zaxby's Classic will again be held in Clarksville this year at the new "Richellen Park" on Hwy 149. This is the original tournament that was the Play It Again Sports Tournament in Clarksville for the last 11 years and I will still be directing the tournament as I have in the past. There may be other tournaments in the Clarksville area during this week but this is the one that is original to Clarksville. Location: Richellen Park Hwy 149 https://www.mcgtn.or...-and-facilities This year's tournament looks to be bigger and better with teams already signing up from 3 States with many more interested. We will limit the number of teams this year to 32 and look to fill up early as usual. This year we will have Gold, Silver and Bronze divisions like in the past. Cost is still just $250 with a 4 game guarantee. Hospitality room for Coaches and Officials donated by Zaxby's the tournament Sponsor. Please Contact Phil Burkhart at 931-216-0740 or phillip.burkhart@cmcss.net to sign up or for more information.
