Mr. Cagle will, in my opinion, be a great leader for these young men. I have watched him with the seventh graders he taught for the past couple of years and he holds them to a high level of self discipline and behavior. If he can translate that into a coaching style that demands hard work, team effort, and all men towrd the common goal...things will be fine for this team.

Perhaps they will move someone up who is already on the staff. That way they know the kids, systems, and traditions of the program. Still going to be tough.
