Don't hate any kids, they are what they are, Mine got their rear tore up when they needed it, didn't take but a few. my hatred is for the York Program, if it wasn't allowed, you wouldn't have it. You show me where the Class was and I'll admit I'm wrong.

I have had two sons play for York and both played with the majority of this coaching staff. This staff would go to war for these kids and the kids before them. Just like you’re proud of your coaches that turn and yell in the stands at their own fans. (Yeah I head about that.) I am proud of ours.  I can promise you our coaching staff doesn’t condone what happened to night.   And I have heard them preach it.  When you say you HATE a program it’s kids, coaches and fanbase.  HATE sir is a strong word.

York don't have to worry about it, they won't be there.

For a man that that HATES York you sure like to talk about them a lot.  You posted on another thread how York is your most hated team. You think you’re classy when you say you hate a group of 15-18 yr old young men and a group of coaches that spend countless hours away from their family to teach a game they all love. Are there teams that pull for that aren’t York when York isn’t playing them yes sir their is there teams I root against yes sir their is.  But for you to call out a fan base, coaches, and players and call them classless then say I hate that team is ridiculous.  I have respected your post on this forum for a few years now until a couple weeks ago.  I’m sure you will lose no sleep over it but you sir should look in the mirror before calling anyone classless.

I understand that as well but just as a point of discussion what more could have been done? They flagged any sort of foolishness early, when it got ratcheted up a notch they cleared the field, they continued to flag the chippy stuff them when the fight inevitably broke out they ejected players. I understand what you’re saying but from my perspective the officials have both coaching staffs ample opportunities to get their teams under control. Neither side did that. In fact until the ejections I’d say both coaches continued to have less control of their teams as the game went on. The only other thing I could see the officials doing would’ve been to eject players earlier but that would’ve likely been in the first half dust up and then likely would’ve only been a player from York, maybe 2. I agree with you about the season but whether anyone thinks it’s warranted or not York has that reputation as that sort of program. Some will say it’s earned, others will say it’s total BS. Either way it’s out there. Apparently ER does also, I’m sure the officials were aware of that also. Like I said earlier it was a perfect self feeding storm and unfortunate a bad look for all involved tonight. Entertaining as heck but unfortunately everyone is talking about that junk and not the nearly miraculous comeback.

The first little fiasco should have had some ejections.  And I disagree it would have been players from both sides.  I wouldn’t want to be an official by any means but I felt tonight they let it get out of hand.  But at the end of the day if you don’t give them the opportunity they can’t penalize you.  Like I said proud of the Dragons disappointed how it ended.

This thing is a hot mess. Both programs should have some sort of penalty handed down from TSSAA. Neither side had any control of their teams tonight.

I think that should start with the officials. They had absolutely no control.  I am a proud of the Dragons for the year they had but I am disappointed in the lack of discipline tonight.  Hate to see it end for this group of seniors they have been fun to watch the last couple years.

Wrong Oneida does a GRAET job, and I know exactly what films they send coaches, We had to get our's from Oneida and we had to send ER our film.

Looked like the film from Oneida helped you all alot.  How was the York coaches calling your plays before each snap.  I’ve not been able to get anyone to tell me.  They were calling run and pass every play?

Thats what I like about the Oneida Broadcasts, they are for sure Oneida, but they call the game just the way it is. Watched the Huntingdon game against Riverside, those guys were the same way.

They call the game for Oneida and talk about how bad the refs are.  Every schools Broadcast team calls it for their team that’s nature of it.  And how do you know what film they send coaches.

I went on nfhs to try to watch one and it was all blocked by you guys. I mean arent you guys giving tape to the opposing team ?

I would guess they do I don’t know. I’m sure they don’t tell them to log onto nfhs and watch.  I have no idea what the coaches do. I only use the nfhs to watch the games I am traveling for work and can’t be at.

Full disclosure I did not get to watch the game last night. It had started before I got off work and I have about an hour and fifteen to twenty minute drive home so I didn’t see the passing game but I’ve heard they found success in the air. Given what I’d saw throughout the previous 12 games I don’t know how they did it, they’ve been comically bad until then but if you’re going to get it figured out going into the semifinals is a good time to do it lol. What were the final stats?

I think it was just under 200 yards in the air and 7 and 3 were both over 100 yds rushing.  5 didn’t carry much last night.

He is not a dual threat. Their passing game is terrible. They do what they do well but focus 80% on 5 and 20% on 7. If you can stop them it’s over for the most part. Stopping those two is the problem. You know what’s coming and they know you know. They just say come and stop it. So far no one really has. I think y’all have a great chance. Your defense is built for this kind of offense.

They found a passing game and where did that #3 come from?

To be fair though Bledsoe, Polk and Tellico feel the same way from what I’ve heard and saw.

To be fair I guess we talk to different people from those respective schools. But it is what it is I pull for my team. Just like I’ll never pull for someone just because they are SEC. I don’t have to pull for region 2 teams because the region.

Acorn don't fall far from the tree, Had a kid last year that rushed for around 1800 yards, never said a word or taunted an opposing player. He was taught Humility from day one. Our society is raising a bunch of spoiled brats.

You don’t know the tree this acorn fell from. Don’t come at my family.  I have supported York when they were 2-8 and 1-9. I talked to several of your fans and even seen your coach yelling into your stands is that class?  Every team has some kids that think they are the big dog.  Watching our kids stretch and warm up and your team walk around the field on our end I knew then it would be a mouthy game. It goes both ways.  And once again I will say don’t worry about the tree this acorn fell from.
