I have heard there is a potential for a lot of rain over Jamestown this coming week. I would imagine that field will be muddy very muddy. Two.

I have only seen one field this year that appeared to be in worse shape than York’s and it’s not worse by much and that was last night.  If it rains York’s field is definitely gonna be a mess

Would love to Crow, Only thing scares me is York Might win. Hated them when I watched them play you guys, still hate um now. No class bunch from the coach down. I'm sure they have some good kids and parents but they have some that needs a dose of humility. Hope how soon they get it. The farther you fall the more it hurts when you hit the ground. I'd pull for any other team in region 2, not this bunch. Last night had nothing to do with it, just reinforced what I already  thought.

I have respected your posts until this point.  Can you clarify how our kids and coaches have no class?

York was better team tonight without a doubt. Had nothing to do with the refs imo. York does have a lot of advantages over Hampton. Bigger School, transfers, Trashy coaches who don't send good film, even trashy fans who dont realize the advantages that they have and try to rub peoples noses in it when they get beat. thats why most of everyone you play hates you when its over.

I’m not 100% but I do believe there is two kids from Clarkrange that actually play.  The co-op program is legal. Congratulations on a great season making it to the quarterfinals is an accomplishment you all definitely have some hard nosed kids just as we knew. I’m sure there will be more meetings between our teams in the future. But sure hope it’s your side’s turn to travel.

Do you know what holding is? Late hits? Literally spearing our RB into the ground. Yeah, if you don’t see that….you should stay home.

I seen holding on both ends it wasn’t called. Seeing a targeting foul call on a kid that hit with his shoulder. So yes, I seen the refs make bad calls for both sides. Hard to believe that Human doesn’t make every call perfectly.

Not Pisgah. They were better than us. They are better than York. They are better than most teams I’ve seen. They deserved to win.  Hampton lost to Pigeon Forge only because we had two kids leave in an ambulance and multiple others hurt during the first game of the season.  Another confidence killer. But I would never say that about Pigeon Forge because they beat us with GRACE AND RESPECT. York should try that sometime. Get over the fact that your team is just not that good. It’s okay. Lol

I was at this game explain the disrespect? And the refs?

You know the ball wasn’t at the 36 anyway. So the refs didn’t even mark the penalty off from the correct line of scrimmage. It’s always that way down there and like many know we wasn’t the better team and the better team won but Is what it is.

Yeah an officiating crew from another region is prejudice. My goodness you didn’t even come watch your team. Quit whining it’s over.

Typical Jamestown call on the long pass play. QB well behind the line. Won’t change the outcome but it’s a Jim City sorta call.

I will be interested in seeing this play on Sundays replay.  I thought he was across but hard to tell.  He played a great game and was definitely a tuff kid.  Hope he is okay.

Well Wright may stick around another year or 2.

Radio interview when he took it he said till he retires.  I’m hoping it’s a few years. I like the new D coordinator they have so hopefully he sticks around and takes it after Coach Wright decides to retire.

Ok ok. Y’all are good this year and can’t deny that but enjoy it while you can. Once this year is over and the QB graduates and the HC decides to leave until the next good team comes around y’all will go back to bottom dwellers  :thumb:

I could be wrong but I think they have makings of a pretty good team the next few years.  The QB will definitely be a hard one to replace.

We can’t be one dimensional. We have to open it up and not be dependent on the QB. If they can’t stop the QB run that’s fine but where we gonna go when they do?? We have to slow down their rushing attack. They have 4-5 backs that run hard and always fall forward. They are a team that wants to run the ball and wear you down. The front 7 will play a huge part in this one.

We also can’t run it on 1st and 2nd down and get ourselves in obvious 3rd and long passing situations. If we do that they will send the house on 3rd down and wear us out. The run has to setup the pass and if we can’t run the ball it’s gonna be hard to win the ball game.

P.S. The famous Oneida screen pass will be tried a couple times tonight :roflolk:

Bledsoe has one the best D lineman that I have seen York play again  this year. Granted I didn’t get to see every game in person and watching games on replay usually doesn’t do lineman justice usually. This should be a fun game to watch.

Tellico did pull their starters. Second half on offense they had in their 3rd string QB, third string RB, one starter at WR, the 3rd string QB is normally a WR so he was replaced with a young kid. The offensive line is already young with a freshman, two sophomores, two juniors who are in their first year of playing football. The defense had two seniors on the line and the rest were mostly freshmen and sophomores. The entire secondary was freshmen with the exception of one senior who never sees the field. All the linebackers were sophomores. The only kids that didn’t see the field for Tellico were a few freshmen.  Tellico just has 12 lineman and 3 are out for the year.

I was impressed with the size of Telico plains.  If they are that young maybe they have a bright future. They had some big kids and some athletic looking kids.

They tacked a lot more on Tellico after Tellico pulled most of their starters at half time. The only starters left on the field was the offensive line and a few sprinkled in on defense. York left their starters in well into a running clock in the 4th quarter.

York played freshman and sophomores the entire second half.  I know this because my great nephew is a freshman and played the entire second half.  That’s hilarious to say Telico pulled their starters.  The only starters for them that didn’t play was the ones that took off their stuff at the half.  I do believe it was their starting an and rb.  York scored 3 touchdowns second half two sophomores and a freshman. And that’s according to the newspaper stats

I didn’t bad mouth the York program at all? York is head and shoulders above anyone in the East. So I’d say everybody on this side  would be water boys for York this year. You should take that as a compliment. :roflolk:

Stick to your fence and 42 yards a game offense.
