I hope the Monterey York series continues. I’ve always thought it would and could be a fun rivalry.

Any word on Bowman? I can’t speak a lot about Monterey football but I’m not sure why they leaned on him so much # 8 was an explosive back I would thought him and #4 would been a great one two punch. One thing I like about York’s offense you can never tell who the back is gonna be.

I know nothing about Hampton Not seen any film or any of that. Just sometimes you look at a game and think this could be the upset. Hampton may win with a running clock and your 100% correct York could get upset. We have dominated games this year and we have laid some eggs. Depends on which team shows, at this point I hope the egg laying team has left the building.

No preference to me. And we got to get past south greene.

For some reason I’m thinking Monterey pulls an upset. I been wrong before but that’s my feeling not sure why.

York and Clarkrange in basketball. Clarkrange pulled out Christmas tounamnent last year after it fell they were going against York. And from my understanding pulled out of tap.thos year because York was going to the same tournament. EGOS ruin small town sports when it's about I'm afraid more kids will go play for you.

Played smith county for year's. I would think the best reason would be travel and actually have some region games that's neighboring counties actually have a chance at some rilvary games in the region. Two.hr trips for region games don't allow for much of a rivalry in my opinion. No matter your region to compete for a gold ball you gotta play someone from the other side. My thought was strictly for travel.

Wonder how many team's try to change regions. For travel purposes, I hope York does. How often are appeals granted?

You wanted to know why were talking about it. I wished he’d came back last year they waisted a lot of speed and lineman last year

I think you are the one that started bashing the York coach. We were talking how the physical teams have beaten rockwood and you brought up a coach coming in a year after York waisted a loaded team.

You definitely know more than me then. I'd say 1 and 7 were my picks. Well I'm glad he jumped in no traveling to.south Greene this year. Now back to this game I am thinking it will be a real good one. I don't know a lot about south Greene but last year they were athletic

And the game I watched Friday number 2 missed a couple series because my buddies and I was discussing it looking at him on the sidelines. He seemed to be a good player and we were thinking it was good for us that he was out.

Well, you have your opinion and I have mine. Glad he decided to coach or I think they are traveling. It's nice to have a coach that can coach.

I did enjoy watching him and he ran over York last year. Coaching has made a world of difference in York this. Year if they had the same head coach from last year would.have hand been another long trip to South Greene.

2 went out if the game for a series or 2 then came back best I recall. And you all started feeding the ball to #7 just before half.

I do believe this game will be interesting as well. 2 seemed to hurt amd limping early in the game then went down completely

Hopefully York is healthy after this week.

Is #1 from Rockwood healthy?

Radio said York with over 300 yards rushing. #7 with over 150 yards and # 3 with just yards short of 100. I was impressed with the #7 of rockwood too. He was fun kid to watch.

I was more impressed with the Miller kid and the o line. Was glad to see someone other than him with the heavy workload rushing. He is definitely the region MVP i would think

Fun game to watch if you were a Dragon fan. Hard hitting defense (finally) and a running game.

York has got to find a defense. They have not played well Since the first half of Oneida game. Not sure why they changed it but I sure hope they can fix it before Friday and the playoffs

York played horrible. But did look better than last years team. Clay county is the best team I feel I’ve seen us play this year. Better than bledsoe, stone, Gibbs, Monterey and definitely wartburg. The refs were horrible but York definitely didn’t play good enough to win refs or not. I’m hoping they get it together before next week. If not it will be another long trip to south greene in the playoffs. How did your team do?

I would guess they add a team I don’t see much a way to shake it up much but with TSSAA you never know

York ran a counter which in their offense is a double inside hand off. Don’t act like they ran some monstrous double reverse. And it was with some back ups in. I will agree wartburg is better than last year.
