    400-1000 kids is almost a class different so quit smoking whatever it is and making outrageous examples. As for Cloudland, apparently you skipped Reading class because I fail to see where they were even mentioned.

     

    I like how you completely ignore DBs out of conference record and recent playoff history.

     

    Also, I think the gap is starting to narrow between Greeneville and Elizabethton. Our games have always been close outside of a small handful

    Did you say narrowing the gap between lil betsey and GVILLE!..Looking at the score of the last time y'all played,if that's narrowing the gap it makes me wonder how BIG A GAP was it.You probably call the GRAND CANYON A HOLE!!!..HAHAHA...😄

    Oh believe me, we are NOT jealous of DB. We make it past the 2nd round..if anything, you are jealous because Elizabethton and South are representing NET better than Big Mighty DB.

    When both of you're teams mentioned move up to 6A come talk to me!..And I know how y'all both can do it,Seeing how most of y'all can't count without taking you're shoes off,Maybe they'll let y'all go back to school and revisit MATH,And then y'all will have enough to move up to 6A.HECK,I'M 100% SURE WITH MOST OF ELIZABETHTON NEEDING TO GO BACK,YALL WILL BE THE BIGGEST SCHOOL IN TennESsee!!!

    Pull up Tennessee high school enrollment for 2013-2017,Can't remember who has got the most but SHILL has ALITTLE over 2200 and there like the 4th or so biggest school in Tennessee,And MARYVILLE has ALITTLE over 1400,SO TAKE YOURE SHOES OFF AND DO THE MATH.ITS ABOUT 400-1000 kids smaller than the teams there beating!!!..LIKE I SAID,and also like I said,ITS CALLED COACHING SON.And I got you confused with another Betsey hillbilly about cloudland I guess.But don't really care,I'm done with Betsy unless we play y'all,and I wouldn't know why we would.we're already being forced to play these other NE TENN SCRUB TEAMS.Why add another?

    NCman, once again you are trying to raise a stink and once again showing that you do not have a clue as to what you are talking about. Elizabethton has won a state title before in 1938. Also, before you throw up that it was simply voted on like all of D-B's titles please be informed that in 1938 there was an actual state playoff which Elizabethton won on the field. I don't know why they did it that year and not again thereafter until '69 or so but that is a fact. You really need to stop spouting off about things you really don't have a clue about.

    That's my point,it was in 1938,What have they done lately.Loss in the playoffs!..I'm just stating the fact of all these DB haters only have the fact of DB LOSSING in the playoffs as there only thing they can come up with.Cause being able to talk trash about beating DB doesn't work for them.Cause that's something that happens very few and far between.When I first came on coacht I was talking football.And I never,and yes NEVER put down another team or there fans,but then I seen ALOT of MORONS posting stupid crap and just got tired of hearing it.But as I've come to find out,I guess when a team wins and other fans teams loss,people are going to talk about them,JEALOUSLY IS A WITCH!!!!...But y'all go ahead and talk about the playoff losses.Cause its funny when a fanbase has to live off other teams BEATING DB,when they know there teams can't do it,or do it about every 20 yrs.THATS JUST LAME!!!

    Just explain to me,The best you can now.How is DB LOSSING in the first round of the playoffs and not winning a state title,any different from your team or any others in NE TENN other than GREENEVILLE.NOT WINNING ONE?SHILL beat us last yr,we owed them for 19yrs,and they've owned you.and when DB has played Betsey we owe y'all.And before you say it,we might be bigger,but you're like 500 kids bigger than HV,and y'all also play in a high/low conference 3A/4A.Win a state title then you might have a foot to stand on.But don't talk carp to BIG BROTHER(DB) cause they'll have little brother(Y'ALL) Run crying to MOMMY!!!!

    Enrollment does matter in most cases but there are always exceptions. EHS is the only main school outside of Happy Valley so we can have a good team with 800-900 students. DC has to compete for students with Science Hill, Daniel Boone, and probably a little bit with South for student athletes. So while DC has more students than EHS, we are more talented and deeper because our athletes don't have as many schools to choose from.

    LOL,YOU'RE FUNNY!!!..YOU NEED TO WRITE AN EXCUSE BOOK!!..CAUSE YOU SEEM TO HAVE A LOT OF THEM.😉

    No...they..don't. Right now NE TN is up for grabs. Being in 6A and getting bounced in the 1st or 2nd rd doesn't = Owning. DB needs to work on beating teams in the East before trying to take on the West. Maryville says Hello. Sevier County says Hi. And for the record, enrollment does matter. Bigger schools have more students which means a bigger student body to pull athletes out of. A school with 2200+ kids will have an easier time finding athletes than a school with only 800. Last year DB barely got by TN High...while we're at it, DB went 6-5 last season. You went 5-1 in your conference but when you leave the conference you went 1-4. You BARELY got by Daniel Boone 35-29 who 4A EHS beat 35-0 last season. Save the DB talk for when they start living up to their name. Big fish in a small pond is all they are. South and Elizabethton are currently bringing more prestige to Upper East TN than either DB or Science Hill at this point in time.

    Enrollment does matter?Go over and tell ALCOA and MARYVILLE THAT!!!..Maryville has almost 400-1000 kids less than who there beating.And don't get me started on ALCOA!!..You hillbillies think y'all know all about football....And why you got to talk about cloudland,I think they have a great program.For bestey sake,you best hope they don't put y'all in the same conference with GREENEVILLE!IF SO,BETTER GET USE TO 2ND PLACE!!!!..LOL,,😉

    My point was batBOY,Is when was there last,and CAP and these other folks want to talk about DB winning state.My other point was,that's how they decided state champs back in the day.They voted on them,Just like the other schools that won a title by getting voted.The same way THS won there so called NATIONAL TITLE!!(IT WAS VOTED ON).But they don't bring that up when talking about DB has titles that was voted on.I guess there fake champs too.All the schools had a chance to win one that way,but they hate on DB cause a state wide panel picked them.Why didn't they pick there teams.Cause they want good enough.Why hasn't THS,SS,SHILL,BETSEY or any other local school other than GREENEVILLE won a state title.Even one of,if not the best team THS had a few yrs ago when they ran though everyone in the MTN LAKES for them to have there butts handed to them at MARYVILLE.THS hasn't had to play really anybody since MARYVILLE moved up,What's there problem,why can't they get it done now,And SS and BETSEY has to deal with GVILLE and ALCOA so they want win one unless GVILLE and ALCOA changes classifications.So batBOY keep talking about things you think you know so much about.YOU'RE LAME!!

    TennesseeStud2013.... classic DB screen name. This guy doesn't realize that DB is sadly playing for (at best) a district championship in North East Tennessee year after year after year after year after year... as long as the Great Wall of Blount County is firmly in place in the 6A division. No wonder they constantly hijack all the local threads to pat themselves on the back. After all they have won more games than any other program in the state of TN. I guess it really doesn't matter that none of those MANY games have been a STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. I mean... who needs a GOLD BALL to be a respected program?? :roflolk:

    How about that fake national title plaque in the trophy case y'all have.Cause they didn't win it on the field,it was voted on.How many Gold balls do y'all have VOTED on or WON ON THE FIELD?..Just saying,to me I think it makes a person sound like a FOOL talking about someone not winning something,When there team ain't winning nothing.But y'all are the BEST TEAM IN BRISTOL,Beating them POWERFUL BEARCATS almost every yr!😃ðŸ‘

    I'm not even going to argue with you because that would be like arguing with a telephone pole. Just know when you lay down at night that everyone (even DB fans) think your about as smart as a box of rocks.....

    Great commitment.I can careless what folks on here think about me slick.The fact still remains,DB owns NE TENN and working on moving west,Hopefully them moving to a new conference will help them move to the next level.And get out of playing these scrub teams around here.But wait,SHill beat DB last yr and scored more in the jamboree.so going 1-19 and 1-0 in a jamboree means there now top dog.Funny thing about the northeast TennESsee.easily impressed!

    From an outsiders perspective I think what he was trying to get across is DB usually are ranked pretty high and end up with a great regular season record and then under perform lately in the play offs. Does someone from Sullivan South have the right to talk junk to DB no because DB has the track record of beating them. Should DB talk junk to South? No you shouldnt. You have twice as many students and should beat them. That's like UT bragging about beating a team like ETSU......

    What is this enrollment carp you're talking about,Only 11 players can play on both sides of the ball.And around here teams have alot of players playing both ways.so maybe on a good nite,you might have 25 to 30 players that actually play.So I know having 2200 kids going to a school means a whole lot.And before you start this more kids at a school means having more players don't mean much if you have 100 players on you're team and only 30 players play.Its called COACHING buddy!..Say what you will,but no matter what you say a FACT is a FACT!.And lil south played 5A and now 4A,So what's the excuse?..I'm sure they'll be one!..
