first off let me compliment you on your excellent grammar. btw just in case you were wondering whether or not indepEndence stands a chance against either of these teams i have this answer for you.....perhaps. or perhaps not.....oh wait.....no.
hmm just wondering. And thank you for correcting me. If only i had a nickel for everytime someone misspelled something in these forums.. haha
-
i most definately agree whoever wins this game is the region winner
What about indepindence? Do u think they can stack up to either of these teams this year?
-
predictions/comments?

all that any of you are really doing is beating a dead horse. Ravenwood was caught and punished. Big whoop....it is now over. This thread needs to ride off into the sunset, it has no bearing on the upcoming season at all anymore. Quit wasting yours and everyone else's time. LET IT GO EVERYBODY !!!!!
Amen brotha

I'm sure the TSSAA will see it your way....or maybe even take a poll of posters from on here to decide. Get real.
Ole Dad
What would your vote be Ole Dad?

Im pretty sure that is untrue.. The best team got the gold ball last year and I think they are keeping it.

Just wondering how this scrimmage turned out.. I heard BA had a few players taken out of practice the past couple of weeks due to heat related issues.
-
congrats to father ryan on making it to the championship game beating GPS 4-1 last night.
-
mj won 2-1 in the 7th. father ryan put GPS in the loser brackets and they advance to the championship tomorrow at 5.
-
Ross would probably be at the top of the list in both 110's 300's...unfortunately he strained his hamstring in the decathlon. He will still be running in the 4x4 and 4x8 for BA despite his injury.
-
people seem to think that it is missing mboro its pouring where i live.
-
Father Ryan vs. GPS tonight at 7 should be a great game. Pitching on both sides of the field should keep the game alive for both teams.
-
Father Ryan beat Baylor 2-0 in a great game played bye both teams. No runs were scored until the bottem of the 6th inning.

Riley Mashburn, Katy Ayers, Devon, and Kat, Bailey Lott, are I think the top five in midstate. They all have great speed and great movement.

Ive competed against Adrian Bentley in AAU, but i didnt realize he was from TN. what grade is he in. does he do any field events?

hopefully

You obviously have no common sense yourself, because you can't even spell "sense"

One of six teams from Regions 1-4, if not Riverdale: Oak Ridge, Cookeville, Farragut, Ooltewah, Dobyns Bennett or Wilson Central.
On the other side Regions 5-8: Brentwood, Germantown, Ravenwood or Ridgeway.
Pretty stiff competition for these spots.
I agree, Any of these teams could go to the finals and win it all.

You're new.
Haha, true...That post was directed toward Waco though...
And yes he silly...because I said so

What we saw last night was the vulnerability of three of the state's undefeated teams(at the time). Obviously the biggest fall was Oak Ridge, but Riverdale did have a scare(after what I hear was some bad officiating, but anyways). The third scare was Ridgeway only beating Cordova 21-20! They haven't had to play an in state game that close all season.
There's a lot of football left to be played, and we've now seen that any team can be beaten. It's getting close to the time where we find out who WILL be beaten.
Agree with you on that... I think that anybody could win in the finals-- there is no dominant team in the State at this point(Not even Riverdale) This makes the playoffs that much more exciting--ONLY ONE MORE WEEK BABY!!

Isaha Williams from ravenwood will likely be the best discus thrower in the state this year. He is a strong shot put thrower and could place in the state in that as well. The new ravenwood coach was a former olympian so they should be much stronger as a team this year.
