WC has 4 better than average RB's.  The power run game should be the difference this week.. I like our chances to notch the 1st win of the year.  The offense must string together a few old fashioned scoring drives and the defense must stop the run and big plays, 2 other games on the schedule are very winnable too.

I don't know if it is against the rules or not. But, why would any school want to take someone back who was not loyal to the team and the community. If he was too good to play football, why is basketball any different? You can't pick and choose your boss in the real world.

I haven't seen a true standout in middle TN this year.

No way CC beats WC this year.  WC had last years game won and the freshman qb got loose a couple of times and CC lucked up and won by 1 point.  It should have been 3 wins in a row.

I'm going to predict that the Pioneers get shut out at least 6 games this year. With some of the moves being made on the offense they'll be lucky to get a first down. Wilkinson is beginning to look like a genius for moving

Rumors going around town is the coach is already looking to leave. Rumor has it he has been putting applications in around the Nashville and Brentwood area for asst coach positions for this upcoming season. This could end up very bad for the Pioneers if this is true.

If this happens, he should take the AD with him.

yes, the transfer kid has a month to decide if he will stay or transfer back.

I understand some good ole fashioned qb competition will take place.

He BETTER have a REALLY good O-line, or he will spend most of his time running or on his back.  This conference has always had the speed to beat Cookeville.  Speed is still there.

He is really good at sliding before taking a hit.  First high school qb i've ever seen slide like the pros.
