The scoreboard says Harpeth beat Montgomery Central by 9.
-
This game is 2 weeks away. The Rebels play at Fairview next week.
-
I don't think Stewart will win a lot of game this year but this will be one of the few.
You are a Cheatham fan who seems to have nothing positive to say about Stewart County. Did Finley refuse to play you back in the day
-
The battle of two bad teams in 2013. Stewart County will win the 2014 game 35-20 because it is just better than HC.
You said on the Class A thread that Houston County would win. What changed your opinion?
-
This is a big game. Who wins and why?
-
Clarksville, West Creek, and Northwest are tons better. Kenwood is about the same as last year. Northeast is a question mark. Rossview and Henry are still loaded. Don't think they are "down" because they lost in week zero.
-
Lebanon still sucks! Knute Rockne couldn't win at that place.
-
Got to tip my hat to what sounds like a very hearty, proud, and courageous Houston County ball club. From what I've read, those young men are already champions!
Next week their home opener is against their arch rival Stewart County Rebels. Our boys have to expect a much tougher effort from a Houston County team that will be filled with emotion on Friday night.
-
Stewart County lost to a much improved Northwest team last night 27-13. The game was tied 13-13 at halftime. Northwest scored on a long drive that was assisted by a lot of flags to go up 20-13 late in the third. Stewart County put together a long drive but stalled inside the 5 yard line. Northwest added another score with 2 minutes to go in the game to win by 2 scores. The Rebels go on the road to play Houston County next Friday. Go Rebels
-
Good win for the Indians!
-
No I'm sure Northwest would run all through us because they are a bigger school. But I'm gonna love it when we run through Stewart County. Even with Holliday your school was full of unsportsmanlike punk. If you wanna call me a liar anybody at the '06 and '08 game where we dusted you all can tell you how your punks were diving at Corey Stephens knees in '06 and Jake Hales knees in '08 where we were kneeling instead of trying to run the score up and go for 2 in the 4th quarter with the score 0-34 like you did in 2007. That's unsportsmanship and proves that's all Stewart County has is punks. Even though Camden shoots up 'roids they are not punk! Not meaning to be classless again but you started it.
Okay! Good luck tonight vs Houston County. I hope 10 of our boys don't get ejected for playing like punks and showing poor sportsmanship. We have that same Houston County team next week. We will need all hands on deck for our arch rivals.

Smith County is playing hard. Keep competing Owls!
-
I am just going off gut feelings here. I don't have as much knowledge as I usually do about the teams.
Clarksville NorthWest over Stewart County
Fairview over Cheatham County
Camden Central over South Gibson
Montgomery Central over Clarksville Academy
Wayne County over Hickman County
Dickson County over Creek Wood
Waverly Central over Houston County
East Hickman over White House-Heritages
Lewis County over Loretto.

I just hope our boys don't get blown off the field by Northwest. I'm sure Waverly would dust them though.
-
Loretto played Lewis close last year
-
Broken non throwing hand. He is questionable for week zero @ Cheatham.
He is a great player
-
Wish I had known this earlier. That's a short drive for watching a little football.
Fairview's coaches were watching the Cubs scrimmage Jo Byrns last night I think
-
They'll go 3-1 in those games
-
Good job on finishing strong in the scrimmage Rebels . Started slow on offense but finally got
The passing game going. Next Friday Jamboree at Henry county vs Westview.
The 1s vs 1s ended 3-2 in favor of the Rebels. The offense got stronger as the scrimmage continued. Sycamore has a good ball time and I wish them the best. Go Rebels!
-
Hillsboro don't want any of Portland baby! They'll get thumped!
-
Looks like we'll be feeling the QB injury pain this year.
I hope this doesn't mean that Fairview's QB is injured. He is a great player.
-
Hope everyone had an injury free first week and got better.
-
Did the cubs scrimmage last night? Who are thier upcoming scrimmages against?
Next week they scrimmage Jo Byrns on Friday. They will play Houston County in the jamboree the following week.
-
Howd mcewen look?
They have big linemen and a quarterback who is solid.
-
The Rebels looked solid tonight. The Dover community is very excited about the upcoming season.
Stewart County @ Fairview

Both of those guys will play this week
