If he's averaging 44 per game in the state tournament against the best teams in the state, I'd say his 40ppg in regular season is legit. I'm not an Alcoa fan, I'm just stating the obvious. Alcoa will coach anyone in Memphis off the field. You think Alcoa doesn't have the athletes to match anyone then you're crazy. Talent some years could be equal between the teams but current coaching staffs will never be equal. Rankin hasn't accidentally won 12 championships. I also like that you compared your success against whitehaven in a jamboree. Anyone who watched all the championship games will tell you that whitehaven and trez were the two most undisciplined teams in the whole thing. That falls on coaching. You all aren't disciplined enough to beat teams like Alcoa. Maybe compete but not beat.

People argue who could beat who and what not. Just looked at the updated ranking after the Games this week. Looks like some of these smaller could hang withe the bigger classes. Trez would be a 4 point underdog to Alcoa,take all the mistakes away and its anybody,s ballgame. Memphis East with a 2a enrollment hammered Knox central. Memphis East barely beat Trez.

Trezevant doesn't have the coaching to hang with Alcoa.

I would imagine defense. This is going to be taken out of context but I don't think he's fast enough to play RB at a Power 5 school. I would love to see him excel and be very successful. He's a great player and his work has paid off for him. Again, congrats to him
