Don't forget #9!! He was a game changer on both sides of the ball. And while bunch was hurt he showed out at QB. Mostly all he did was QB sweep around the end but no one could ever stop it!

Coach Carson and I are friends and frequently talk off the record. He trusts me not to say something if its told to me in confidence. He actually called me. I didn't call him. If he had gotten offered a job he would of said "I was offered the job, but that's priveledged information". We've discussed lots of things "off the record" and I've never betrayed his trust.

 

Frankly, I don't care whether you believe me or not. I'm just letting you know what's going on. If he did wind up at Franklin County it would be because Coach Smith ask him to come as an assistant. As of now, that HAS NOT happened.

 

I wish that would happen! Coach Carson is too good and too qualified for an assistant job. He would be a nice pick up for Giles tho. Any program would be lucky to have him.

Too bad this didn't happen last year before Franklin County got their new coach! Carson was my OC there under Mantooth from 2001-2003 and we went from 0-10 to going to playoffs every year. He is a great guy and a great coach and any team will be lucky to have him!

Interested to see what the film shows as far as the sideline incident. Was alot of talking from both teams going on and things got chippy. Good win for the Creek time to put this one to bed and move on to a scrappy Summitt team next week. Good job Red Hawks

After seeing stewarts creeks lack of class I will be rooting for summit, that by the way way beat a good lincoln county team tonight. Stewarts creek really does have some talent just needs to be taught some class especially one player and one coach.

No... You clearly were not at the game! I was on the Shelbyville side and that did not happen. However, a coach from their side did decide he wanted to take a stroll over to Shelbyville's side. He changed his mind pretty fast but the cops did get envolved in the situation.

LaVergne had a terrible week of practice Shelbyville week and it showed against the Eagles. Had the same problem with Maplewood luckily just too many athletes! Between their vanilla offense (5 or 6 plays over and over) and their terrible Oline play the last two weeks I kinda understand ur coaching comments. The Defense also was terrible in the Shelbyville game their Qb had to much time to throw the ball hardly any rush, the running game didn't hurt us at all!The Wolverines should dominate Summit Friday then they have a week off to get ready to make a run into the playoffs! But they have alot to do if they want to go far into the playoffs! My thoughts for the Red Hawks put someone in the Eagles backfield chasing the Qb all night he'll throw it up if u get him running that's ur best chance at winning! Good luck SC I hope u guys pull the upset!

If you do get in the backfield and don't give him time to throw you will be chasing him only thing is you won't catch him. He has one pick all year and is faster than most secondary.

I watched smyrna play on tv last Friday and the middle linebacker number 8 for smyrna is a beast! SC better spread it out. it will be very hard to run while he is on the field.

I think that as well I know some sells and Stovalls as well, it would probably be the first time Tullahoma lost in blow out rivalry games back to back in a very long time!

I know zack sells I played with him and I work with his dad. I don't know his brother though. And I know some Stovalls but not enough to say if they are related or not. I think rebels will win tonight but I do think they will still have some rough spots but that comes with learning a new coaching scheme. They will adjust as the season progresses.

Kinslow, Russell, Braston, johnson and gray. And I'm not sure if they are all related but franklin county has had athletes with last names Gray and Russell for years.

He had 44 yards on 12 carries and yes he will have a great game but we have more than one athelete and more than one game maker.

I never said anything about coffee relevance, even when we won games it was inconsistent! Just because a team don't consistently win doesn't mean people don't know the game or the ideas of relevance! For somebody that just post pointless things you sir are the one that replies the most! I never brought it up.....you did, I'm merely interested in high school football, love the game, I have checked out every classification, west Tennessee football, you sir keep bringing it up over something silly! You couldn't even tell me the rebels athletes, that's sad, had to wait two weeks! You always avoid my questions then bring up the past! Relevance is when you consistently have a great football team year in year out that plays or go deep in playoffs, teams that strike fear into another team, maryville Alcoa, riverdale are just a few to name, that my friend is relevance!

Ok I told you when my team had been relevant .and rebel22 answered who are some of our athletes... Do I need to repeat him? You really bring nothing to this topic. Coffee county's record or lack of...have nothing at all to do with tullahoma or franklin county except for the fact that 90% percent of the time they lose to both tullahoma and franklin county.
