Yes I remember that as well. This Smith co team MUCH better group of young ladies. They had way to much BAGGAGE the last time they were there. As far as the all time assist leaded im 99.9% positive her old man was keeping the books so that record isn't worth the paper it's written on! As much as I disagree with Smith co coach I know he was and is very glad to be rid of papa and his offspring! Im gonna have to get to chatt and watch this ND team. You are correct in saying beating CCS the last 5 time is an accomplishment. CCS is due an upset.

it was 4-0 in the first 30.....after that, Shim subbbed big and put on the brakes.....the second half, SC pretty much parked the bus in the back......dont know how good the 1 or 2 that were out are, but this is what can be assumed.......the last time they were at ND, they brought one of those girls that had played with here sisters up at LA and was supposed to be the new state record holder in assist and went 6-1 and 1 on them.....5-0 in the 1st if that is remembered correct

 

dont know if we are going to the big dance or not....have beat one of those tuff District 5 or 6 teams and it will be difficult to keep dominatin CCS like that

I didn't see the ND vs Smith game. I know for a fact Smith had out several starters and that it wouldn't even be a game because of it. (Just sayn) The CCS vs Magnet game was a good one but CCS didn't impress at all. I'm gonna say ND wins the Region again beating CCS for a 6th straight time. I would have liked to see how Smith co would have sized up with their starting lineup. I saw them play a few games and they looked better than CCS or Magnet. Sounds like the Irish is gonna get back to the big dance once again. (Just sayn)

The ND girls played:

Arlington, Bartlette, Briarcrest, Hardin Valley, Lincoln, Davies KY, McMinn County, GPS, Bearden, Houston out of district and classification theis season to get ready for post season play. ND has 400ish students. Got smacked around by most of em; as we do most every year. Woulda played Baylor to but they canceled. Shim dont play no smaller school or smaller class outside of District mandatorys. Period. No A-AA schedules an outa district schedule like Shim. He takes on anyone makin the phone call. Most parents at other schools would be whining and suckin snot, callin for the coach Shims head to role; because their daughters are losin to muck and havce a losin record. Not a ND Irish fan; they know whats gonna happen before they get their daughter to ND, Shim ant gonna powder the whole season with cupcakes to make the W-L column pretty. They will be brused and tested with a brutal schedule; but they will be ready for the gauntlet come the end of September. Just look at the results of these schools comin to ND in the post season with these pretty undefeat or close to undefeated records.

 

now you take NickinBockers approach for a coach, parent, program to possess any pride; you must play up out of classifcation. In ND's case with 400 students;  the only way to establish any pride in ones self and to not be an embarrasment to society; you have to move up out of the classification to the next level and you keep doing this until you cant win. Never mind that ND is already havin to play up to around 720ish because of a ridiculous "your child is 1.8 x better than that child rule".. Look at ND's outta district schedule again. But ole Nickbucker24 thinks not challenging your girls enough to make em better. Works for Coach Shim

Smith County will bring a 14-1-0 record to ND's 7-6-3 record tomorrow

Whoa cannon! No sense wasting a PBR on smith co. I hear through the grapevine that smith was lucky to win last night. I hear smith co has 3 or 4 starters out of the line-up for the rest of the year. Don't know if it would help him tomorrow night against MCM anyway. Would help smith if they actually had a coach. Magnet put and old fashioned butt whoopn on Dekalb 9-0. I'm gonna say whoever gets either one of these teams gets an easy bye to the next round!

Well I see where the HONORABLE dekalb coach and his team got eliminated last night? I guess all those goals wont help him now so we can move on to those pesky magnet and private schools! HahaðŸ†âš½ï¸

I guess if its ok in so called "coach" k's mind, that makes it ok. Its a good thing that the rest of the coaches in our great state see different!!! I think you might want to be the one to GET A LIFE! You should read your comments you just posted and see how non-professional you just made yourself look. Glad you didnt coach any of my children. Like I said wouldnt have expected any class from "k" anyway. We will just keep scratching our heads and wondering why? 

Really! why? There is absolutely NO reason for that! This is Watertowns first year, so I guess you need to beat them as bad as you can? What about playing other players and not before your varsity scores 15 of the 17 goals. OOOOOH im sorry.... Dekalb? enough said. Isnt their coach the one who gripes about getting beat by Magnet Schools and East Tennessee teams? I dont think he will have to worry about heading to East Tennessee during the girls season anyway..   Just saying!
