Great choices. Question for you? Have you seen Phifer kid play? I haven't had a chance to see him play but I know he scores a lot of points. I was just curious as to what your thoughts were on him?

He did not play and didn't play last night either. A friend said he been hurtin in lower back with spasm didn't play vs BTW too. He is real good player. My nephew play exposure ball with him and he is legit.

Was at game tonite and Trinity play hard very hard gotta love that but some discretion by this poster for Trintiy would be a good thing. Trinity may play Union City good maybe even win but it seem like you should take lesson from Trinity players an just go hard on court without always having to defend yourself or lash out on folk if they dig at Trinity a little. Also want mention that Memphis Mitchell had the 2nd best player on bench hurt who was a standout in state tournament last yr and has 2 Div 1 offers. He been there point guard for 3 year they have played sketchy with him out. Haven't seen Union City play live so don't have thoughts but seen Trinity play 6 time and they gonna go go hard whole game so any team they play must bring Agame. Trintiy does struggle to score

Don't think Mitchell beats Trinity by 30 on their court. Trinity got some hustlers but they do struggle to score. That defense will keep them in it. I knew Adamsville would leave Memphis with loss I said Trinity would get the win vs Washington this game will be under 20

Best luck to Trinity. I got to disagree don't think Adamsville got heart to win against BTW in memphis. Adamsville is to up and down no discipline. I heard BTW isn't what they was last year so Trinity should win that game too.

Campbell is good enough to offset that other 40% in lot ways but won't have the ball enough. I agree season ends for them in Memphis

No but you said TCA had an average night which was not correct. I just gave you information on Adamsville's shooting. I wasn't disputing your comment on Adamsville.

What was score when Trinity play Adamsville in Jackson? It was close just don't remember score. Know Trinity won by 10 at Adamsville first time.

Congratulations to Trinity on another title. Y'all shot ball well and I ask some others what they thought and agreed y'all shot the ball well. Your defense has always been good. Middleton didn't play well at all. I don't think Adamsville will win their region game in Memphis they can but doubtful. A coach told me yesterday if they do win lookout they beat Trinity. Would be a good one to see. IMO Trinity will see Memphis Mitchell in finals.

Never said nothing about what Adamsville shot. Said they didn't play well turnovrs, bad shots. Campbell didn't touch ball much.

TCA had an avg shooting night against Adamsville and it took a last chance 3 to win. Adamsville didn't play well at all IMO either.

TCA will have to shoot very well to beat Middleton by 10.

Was at the game an it was a battle. Both teams never found any flow on offense but #5 for TCA can really go. Left handed kid hit a big shot to win it. Gotta say Adamsville beat themselves with turnovers and bad decisions. Smart coaching for TCA kept Campbell pin down with double teams front an back all game. When he got free he hit shots but wasn't free much.

Where is game played?

I would love to see everyone that's in the conversation stats and team win loss record. I was strictly speaking on the ones I have seen from west tn only. Certainly there are others throughout the state in each classification that have great stats also. Would like to see em all to be able to compare.

I agree would be cool to compare stats on all these kids. Stats don't tell the complete story but probably a good starting place. I figure for single A the votes will go to Martin from Mitchell or one of the Union City players cause they the best 2 teams in state.

A west tn. Tucker campbell Aville has to be at top of list. Only player mentioned with career average double double. Bball is a lot more than scoring people. It's rebounding, assisting, shooting efficiently. Best all around numbers. Averages around 19 and 11 per. 1600 plus scored nearing 1000 rebounds 95 blocks etc.

Agreed. Wasn't real familiar with him except for a couple district games last 2years but have watched him play 4 times this year and he is real good. In a couple games I saw I bet he didn't shoot 10 times.

I was thinking about asking for some actual stats on this topic. Thanks for starting them.

Cambell is really good player but his school team isn't that great not even best in district and I haven't heard what college offers he has. That would be interesting to know.

Jeremiah Martin in a top 10 player in the state and a LaTech commit, he is the best single A player in west TN.... Along with Tucker from A'ville

Talked to a friend last night at Middleton about Tucker Cambell apparently he is doing what he does on about 10 to 12 shots a game which is crazy. Based on what was previously posted scoring 1600 or more points on an average of 11 shots a game is pretty good. Still think Jeremiah Martin is probably best in state, best player on best team is hard to argue with and already commit to Div 1 school.

Phifer can flat out score, but his team is not very good!

I don't think Adamsville is very good either and that probably hurts Cambell but really I don't think that should be held against a player. Saw on unapproved website where Phifer is averaging 25.

@westtennhoops have you seen Big Sandy play, they have a sophomore or a junior that is scoring 30 and 40 points a night, Trey Phifer.... I haven't seen him play so I don't know if he is legit as they say.

No I have not seen him play but have seen his name in paper a lot for scoring. He must be able to play to be putting up those #s. Just don't know what else he does besides score/shoot. I've also see Stockdale and Berry from Union City and they both are real good players. I'm partial to players that produce in multiple categories and can play multiple positions.

Single A. Tucker Campbell, I'll be the first to admit I was a critic early this season but I have seen him play 3times now and he can be really good wherever he decides to play in college. Can shoot 3, score mid and low, but the career #'s this kid has is what really blew me down. Was told at game I watched this week that he has almost 1000 rebounds and over 1500 pts so far. Don't think he avg more than 20pg though. Probably avg a dbl/dbl but just don't know exact #'s. With that being said Jeremiah Martin will probably be Mr Basketball single A cause he is best player on best team in state and has high stats too.
