    Baseball2008 your right James is a great ball player and this year I think he'll do much better even though many people would say hitting .500 in a season that you can't do better than that. Everyone who will be here in 2 years have fun with him b/c I'd hate to be here when he's a senior and had 2 more seasons to improve.

     

    how do you get to that thing about where you can see all of the best freshman and sophmores?

    Actually, yeah you did say COACHQ's son quit...so quit tryin 2 cover up the fact that you just spoke without any clue of what you were talking about...

     

    Obviously COACHQ is playing a "little game called pretend" everyone knows it was 2 seniors that quit.

    Central ain't goin at the Round House this year...nobody will beat them there, that you are right about...while I am concerned about Bolivar Central, I believe Central can run with them...but we shouldn't be talking about that right now, that is a long way off...

     

    I believe Central will be beatin at the "Roundhouse" on January the 24th when the McMinn County Cherokees go cross creek and beat the Chargers like they should have the 1st time they played it was very early in the year and the Cherokees have gotten a whole lot better since then.

    The Cherokees were bombing it tonight in a stomping of the Sequoyah Chiefs by a final of 71-41!! They had around 12 3's tonight they could not miss :thumb: The Cherokees are now 2-0 in this tournament and they seem to be playing better each and every game.

    I made a special trip just to see your team play against a undersized Lenoir City team. I went up to see WV play today and left about 3 and came back to see what I am missing. I have to say one thing. You guys know how to keep it close with a team that is not as good. I think they where even ahead most of the game. Oh, I did see some great passes in the stands. One almost hit me in the 5th roll of the stands. Great passing!!!!! If McMinn looks this good I can't wait till you guys play us.

    What is it with 18 on the bench? Is that a good way to make money by selling some type of raffle tickets, more you have to sell them the more money you make. lol. You have to say that your coach is the best boys coach McMinn has. Oh, he is the only one. lol. Keep up the great work the boys team might make it out of the district....... :(

    I do wish WV would've went to another tourn. This one is so weak.. Next time you guys play remember. Pass it to your player, he isn't in the stands!!!!!!!! lol

     

    If this tournament is so weak then answer this! WHY IS WALKER VALLEY 0-2 B)

    Really ladycherokee. you have to be kidding with this topic. You have to ask such a stupid question. McMinn should beat all three teams by at least 20 points. This tourn is not going to help them at all. :rolleyes:

     

    It might not but do you really think that it is going to help Walker Valley out either? I didn't think so

    Let me ask you one queston to help you out. How many wins does McMinn have in the district so far? how many does a new team to AAA has? Who has the better district win/lose record? lol. YOu are so stupid. No wonder why all the stupid coaches go to McMinn. It is full ofthem..... :rolleyes:

     

    Look at who McMinn has played 2 of the best teams in the district in Cumberland County and Cleveland!! When McMinn plays Walker Valley and beats them then i dont think you will be saying anything about who has a better win/lose record because it will be the Lady Cherokees!

    I have a question for you, have you ever played any kind of organized sport? You seem to know nothing about coaching, the coach can't go out there and play for the kids, it's not his fault they came out and played HORRIBLE in the 2nd half and played no defense.

     

     

    I agree 100% this guy probably knows nothing about coaching. And it wasnt the coaches fault that the team came out and played bad in the 2nd half so you dont need to be blaming all of the stuff on both coaches at MCHS because they both do very good jobs with thier teams.

    Sorry there hater, but I do know what I'm talking about. There is a big difference in how the large score differentials were produced. If you play all your kids and aren't full-court pressing late in game and you win by large score, nobody cares. No one wants a coach to tell his team not to play hard. The problem I have with Cleveland is when they are up by 50 and still full-court pressing with starters in game like they were last year against McMinn. I also don't have a problem with a coach playing starters through 3rd quarter if they have had several easy games in a row as you need girls to be in shape to play whole game. However, they shouldn't be full-court pressing and there is never a reason to have them in during 4th quarter of a 50 point game. It's just classless. If you want to defend it then that tells me all I need to know about you.

     

    I agree 100% with you. that guy has no clue what he is talking about he probably does not know anything about basketball anyways.

    if he was the best off of the bench then future of mcminn co. basketball looks pitiful. he acted like he never played basketball before.

     

    The future at McMinn is going to be very good the next couple of years. The freshman is a good player you just need to lay off of him!!!

    Well, if Coach Q had the coaching ability he would had done worst to Cleveland. Besides if a team can beat you that much then why is the coach still there? :thumb:

    Kid seriously you must be retarded or something because everytime you say something it is always something negative about both McMinn coaches :thumb: Both of the coaches are very good and they have done very good jobs while they have been at McMinn!!!!!!
