You already said you hope A.C. loses and that AC fans are cocky so just giving you a dose of reality and btw when Clinton is good there is no cockier fan base anywhere. Been a while but I remember it very well. That goes all the way from peewee to high school!
I wouldn't know. My son and I just moved here 5 years ago. But I've already seen and heard enough to know I don't like Anderson County at all.

It's hard not to be cocky when you beat the brakes off a team for 15 years!
With an attitude like that you deserve everything that's getting ready to come your way! Haha

I will be pulling for the Mavericks. One of my former coworkers has a son who plays for Anderson County. I also think a few Greeneville fans are too cocky.
Anderson County fans aren't cocky at all.

Clinton 2-2 goes to Central 2-3. Unless Clinton can find some offense, it could be a long night.
Clinton's defense has played well enough to keep them in every game except the AC game. I noticed some players moved around to other positions Friday night. If I'm not mistaken I even saw the backup qb wearing #53 playing on the offensive line. Im not sure what that was all about, but I'm pretty sure that might have been one of the reasons we couldn't run the ball.

I hope Clinton comes out fired up and just plays some good ole fashioned smash mouth football!
I think Clinton will look better than they have all season Friday night, but I think they will still come out on the short end of the stick.
Powell 35 Clinton 28

After watching us struggle in our first 3 games to score points, I don't feel good about this game. I think it will be close, but I think Powell gets the win.
Powell 28 Clinton 14

I believe Clinton can and will do just enough to pull off the upset.

This is a very important game for both teams, but won't make or break their season.
Clinton needs to have long, time consuming drives with touchdowns to keep the ball out of Anderson County's hands.
I'm sure AC has something up their sleeve for the Dragons. AC had been throwing the ball a lot especially in their last 2 games. Don't be surprised if AC comes out trying to run the ball more Friday night.
My heart says Clinton 28 AC 24, but I'm thinking AC 35 Clinton 14. I hope the Dragons can pull this one out.

Good luck CC! Beat those Cats!!

lol I'll share. Just don't think clinton is that good right now. Scott and Seymour are terrible.
I hope AC goes into the Clinton game thinking Clinton isn't very good and they're gonna roll over us like they have the first two opponents.

Are you the mom that said she was going to attack kerr because her baby didn't get enough playing time?
No, I don't think so scooter.

Oh yeah! I was at that game. Smh
I think we are lucky to have the coaching staff we have now, I don't care what anybody else thinks.
I know for a fact that the players like this coaching staff too. Players came back this year that didn't want to play for Kerr.
Enough about that. We need to focus on AC and try to come up with a game plan on how to beat those guys. AC is a very good football team and are playing good football right now.
I agree 100%. My son is one of the 19 seniors we have on this year's team and he loves this coaching staff. They are focused and working hard everyday to get better.

92 is right. They did quit in alot of games. The Rhea County game is one that comes to mind. The coaching staff took the starters out at halftime. I will never forget that.

I agree. Losing practice time hurt for sure. And not having your starting tackles and running back hurt too. I have all the confidence in the World that this coaching staff has the program going in the right direction . It is going to take some time and I'm aware of that. But I am always going to give an honest answer when I see a problem. Just like in basketball, sometimes a kid coming in off the bench instead of starting is better for the team. As a coaching staff, it's their job to put the best players in the best positions to give the team the best chances to win. But if one kid is struggling, I don't see what it would hurt to play another one for 2 or 3 series just to see what they can do?
I'll tell you what's wrong with the quarterback. He's not comfortable throwing the ball because he acts like he is scared of getting hit. You can't play scared or where you think too much. But if the coaching staff is sticking with him, it must be because he knows the offense better or something.

Tonight, it sounds like their defense let them down.
