I found out who pushed Gaylor out today from someone at Herb's. That's Okay because we can vote his #### out the next election that is if he don't die from old age before the next election.

Your right, the unknown can cause a lot of people to consider transferring if this process takes to long. That would be my biggest worry right now so someone there needs to get going and not drag their feet.

I wish I didnt even mention it.That wasnt the reason for my posting. I dont want to start anything. I learned a long time ago not to poke a bear. I didnt put it in bold either. My boy asked about it and some of the kids said the rumor was some uncle was shopping his nephew around. They didn't know what school or if was even true. I'll concentrate on baseball till spring practice.

Where did you move from? That might give you an indication of the competition level your son is going to have? There are some areas that are more competitive than Bearden and other areas that are not. I do not what the inside joke might be.  I do not know the interworkings of their staff. Most of their coaches are from Maryville though.

 

  I do not know if you are trying to start a thread about Bearden football in 2015 because you did not ask about their chances in the next year even though your topic was Bearden 2015. Not many Bearden fans or people in the know about Bearden football  on here.  They went 1-9 last year. Basketball teams are really good though.

I just wanted to get me an account started and thought that it was funny when they said that. I'll probably be on the baseball boards too.

I found this site and though I would join. We are new to the area and are getting settled. I move quite a bit with my job. We like the area so far. One of the assistant coaches was showing me and my boy around (after he was enrolled) and the facilities are nicer than I expected. They were telling me about the new alignment for 6A that is different than last year. At the end of our little tour, one of the assistant coaches said at first he though I might be the dad or uncle of "that Maryville quarterback". The tour coach said that was someone else. I didn't know if this was some sort of inside joke or not. I know the head coach came from down there. My boy likes his classes and is looking forward to competing for a starting position at QB. We'll see how Tennessee compares to where we came from.
