2018 Raptor Classic Welcomes: -Waverly -Greenbrier -Hoover (AL) -Walker Valley -Siegel -Daviess County (KY)

Ravenwood is hosting their annual Raptor Classic April 13-14 at Crockett Park in Brentwood. We strive to put on one of the best tournaments around with top notch competition, concessions and facilities. Entry forms will be mailed out next week and we will start admitting teams. Each year this tournament continues to get bigger and we hope to continue that this year as well, topping last years' 23 team tournament. 4 game minimum with seeded pool play. Congratulations to Hoover High School (AL) for winning the 20 team tournament this past weekend. Congratulations also to Oakland High School for placing 2nd. It was an exciting championship game between two really great teams!

We have a team that is wanting to drop out of the Raptor Classic this weekend due to injuries. If anyone is looking to come to a tournament with some good competition, please email allison.brown@wcs.edu There is a 4 game minimum- you would get to come for free with no entry fee. Pool play starts at noon Friday and single elimination begins at 11:00 Saturday. Championship game is at 6:30. All games played at Crockett Park in Brentwood.

**If any teams would like to join the Raptor Classic this weekend, we have 1 team that would like to drop out. Their pitcher got hurt last night and #2 pitcher is on limited pitch count due to surgery. They are planning on staying in the tournament unless we can find someone to fill their spot. Please email allison.brown@wcs.edu if you are interested in playing this weekend!

The annual Raptor Classic will be held on April 14-15 at Crockett Park in Brentwood, Tennessee. We will be taking 16-20 teams. Trophies for 1st and 2nd place teams will be awarded, as well as all-tournament selections. We have wonderful facilities and really work to put on one of the best tournaments around.
