Sorry WH4L,
Alcoa all day long. Too many playmakers! West has had a great little run but it ends next Friday night. The NIL is too strong. Of the starting 22 for Alcoa, how many are actually FROM Alcoa? Not trying to start anything by that question but I am curious about it. Been there and done that! Enjoyed it! For just a little ole 3A school, they got it! Congrats ahead of time!

Probably better, obviously.
Exactly! The kid is good! Their run game is either complicated or they don’t coach them. One of the 2. Clinton has dudes!

Yeah he could be hard on people lol especially with the #bigboyfootball lmbo
Finally making it to #BigBoyFootball is what ultimately forced him into retirement. It wasn’t what he thought it was going to be.

Sure miss that guy and his woodshed whippins he would talk about lol.
Agree with you. He got on my nerves but I did enjoy him posting.

Of course, which just tells me they don’t have the skill to overcome that. Goins is a tough back, but he isn’t what I’d call overly skilled back there. Tough as nails though.
How good would Goins be at Alcoa or Maryville?

How bout them Falcons! Sneaking in cheap shots while Clinton is sleeping.
Sleepless in Seattle
Get off the ferry and the happy smoke. Isn’t it bed time or do you have the munchies? Good to see you still kicking MIF. Hope you are well.

I wouldn’t say they’re bad, they’re a solid team, but I don’t think Keith maximizes the talent he has either. He has the athletes, but both fronts leave a bit to be desired. And me and you both know that’s where football games are won and lost, no matter the athletic skill you have on the field.
But we also know that skill can make bad fronts look better than they are..

Unfortunately, Ooltewah hasn’t been good since old PA retired from Coach T! #BigBoyFootball #Ooltewahmisses DougGreene

Finally, CJG’s record(over the last few years since that horrible loss to WV in Rd 1) is worthy of that bronze statue that should be erected soon at Blankenship! 1-0! Why not go out on top!
How is Clinton this bad? At this point it has to be coaching. They have a few dudes!

This is the GOTW! I’m gonna take the Rebs tonight. I think Bearden is better from a talent stand point but I will take Coach Hunt over Coach Jones all week long.

Thx for the info, looking forward to the fireworks. We used to have them at Boone until a few years ago somebody complained and they got dropped.
Congrats blazer! Not many fireworks tonight for the Cougs.

Thank you, 92. Always gracious in defeat and I admire that about you. You’re right about Dozier, and I agree with what you say. He ran the ball 40 times tonight, that’s crazy.
Do you and ole ‘92 need a hotel room?? Wow! Congrats to the Wildcats! Clinton would be a good game for my Falcons although we lost to Karns. Ridiculous to say the least. The cupboard is pretty bare right now. We will get better though. Serves us right.

Anyone CC fans on here? We play you guys tomorrow for the first time ever, just wondering what your team is like, how is the stadium, etc.
Boone is playing Campbell County??

If you listened to Coach Rang last night, it makes some sense. I'm surprised too, but not because I'm a Gaddis hater like you. It's just nothing I would've ever thought about. It does give you a sense that Rang is very secure about his position. I'm impressed with that.
Who is a Gaddis hater?? Go back over the last few years and look at your own fans. Then come back and talk about Gaddis “haters”

Really surprised.
That's all I will say.
Just as I called it. Just another excuse to stay relevant and hoping OR will build that bronze statue.

after 20 straight misses he decided to switch things up.
Ha! I have missed a lot more than 20 over the years.

It’s a road….
You mean Kingston Pike or have I just never heard of Kingston Park?? Things have changed so much out that way, I wouldn’t know. Just curious!

The battle for Kingston Park, the West Knox backyard brawl, clean old-fashioned hate, whatever you call the rivalry between the Admirals and Bulldogs, it’s also a good one to watch. This year, like every year, rivalry Thursday is coming to town. There's a lot riding on this game and it could shape the region for the rest of the year.
Where is this Kingston Park you are barking about?

Gaddis planned for the referees to eject Rang?
In no way am I saying it was planned but it will not shock me at all if CJG isn’t acting HC this Friday.

First of all, I'm not the YANKER, but I do have access to his account. He has not died but he has been very very ill for some time now. He was very pleased that people remember him and have asked about him. He hopes to back on this forum in a limited capacity before this season ends, but only time will tell. His life now is one of solitude and this sickness has kept him from doing a few things that he really enjoys and being the YANKER is one of those things. He wants me to thank you so much for thinking of him.
Prayers up for the Yank…

Surprised by the Rebels this year. It ain’t “hot” enough for Heritage to keep it close this year.
Rebels by several trickles….

The Rebs by as many trickles as they want… hopefully the concession stand meets ole Barn’s expectations! Go Rebs!!

Halls is riding high after playing a bunch of nobody’s and that includes my Falcons. Powell has had a much tougher schedule which will pay dividends down the road. If the dynamic duo stay healthy in this one….
give me the Panthers by a trickle or 2 and if they don’t things could get interesting..

Gotta like what Double J is building at Bearden. You might not like how it is being done but gotta respect it. Not a fan of the Ads at all but gotta respect CEC.
Give me the Dawgs by a couple or three trickles…
