It will be at the district 3 winner probably Karns or Oak Ridge.

Karns is a really talented team, they just messed around and gave that one away, IMO. That huge guy is a sight.

Oak Ridge needs to start the game faster. They continually get behind in the first quarter and have been able to recover so far. The development of #11 (Ray) has significantly improved the offense since Christmas break. Offense is much more potent with a point guard that can face up and drive around defender. 

Any idea what has happened to #35 (Comer)? Hasn't played since first Karns game.

Karns isn't going away. Very talented team. They will be in the district finals.

Looks like Bearden replaced DB on 10/13 according to TSSAA schedule website. I guess game with DB couldn't be worked out.

Totally unrelated to the topic. TSSAA announced new football regions for the next cycle. 5A Region 3 consists OR , Karns, CC, Clinton, LC. The TSSAA moved Powell, Central, West , Heritage, Halls to region 2. Go figure.

Region 4 5A is the same plus East Hamilton.

McMinn County by 14 over CC. Defense optional at CC.

Oak Ridge by 10 over Rhea County. 

Karns by 1 over Walker Valley. Can Karns defense stop WV once? Bishop will get his 225 yards.

Powell by a bunch over Ooltewah.

If Oak Ridge won their first 2 playoff  games the game would be at Powell. The higher seeded team from the same region gets the home game in round three.

#13 was not kicked out of the game. #13 wasn't on the field when the infraction occurred. I think it was one of the d-linemen that was ejected. Coaching staff was probably resting him after playing both ways most of the game.

Does Oak Ridge have a scrimmage game scheduled this week? They are scheduled to play Maryville on August 5th at home and AC at Carson Newman on August 11th.

Powell 35 SD 24. Powell made a season full of mistakes against OR. Hopefully got that out of their system. SD has a very good d-line and will present a challenge running the ball like they did in the 2nd half against OR. Coach needs to turn QB loose and let him throw down the field to all those talented receivers.

Oak Ridge is going to be in 5A again. The largest school in 5A.

Any idea what happened to #3 ? I thought he was starting at CB and was going to be a backup RB. I don't think he dressed for the game. 

Did Jacob Adams sign to play football at any school next year? Haven't heard of any player off this years team getting a scholarship.

Any idea if the game has been postponed? Cleveland schools were dismissed early yesterday because of the weather.
