Upperman still will have their strong pitching as always. It will be a toss up between them and MCM. Smith County will be ahead of DeKalb because DeKalb is weak without Jennings on the mound. Cannon County will have a strong defense as usual and will win games if they can manufacture runs. Macon and York will be holding up the bottom. York showed no promise last year.
