If Rhea County plays the Soddy receivers tight, like they did against Walker Valley they will win. Make them beat them over the top. If they play off of them like so many times, they will lose. Soddy can't stop the Eagle run game.

We can agree to disagree. If you are satisfied with how we have been defending the pass over the last 6 years........I say 6 because I have pretty much been to all of them, then I've got nothing for you. We simply disagree. When I started going to watch them play it wasn't very often we played a pass happy team. The spread was very rarely used. Now, most teams run some form of the spread. Yes, it is also hard for them to prepare for us for the same reason............but we are most likely the only wing-t type team that they have prepare for. Most ALL of the teams we play are throwing the ball. Thus our difficulty in preparing for them...........Just my opinion.

I'm sure they try to. But we can't throw the ball with our BEST players. How good could the scout team possibly be?

I thought RC played well enough on offense. In my opinion the wing t offense is the cause of most of our issues on defense. With so many teams playing some form of the spread, we have to practice against our own offense which very few teams run. We have no passing game so how are we going to defend against it on Fridays? Any thoughts?
