Our D is averaging 9.5 points allowed per game so far.
Looks like MC blew that stat. Lol

Go SP. FC cheats year over year in BB and FB
-
I heard they lost 5 guard that quit between summer and a couple weeks ago.
-
Weak.

It’s funny that city had a few transfers that just happened to show up a few weeks ago just in time for playoff time. Let MC play the same team they played a few weeks ago and the outcome would’ve been lot different. Lincoln Co players transferred and again City thinks it’s ok. SMH

Shame on whoever said that, not cool.

Should be an interesting game...

Is it true Moore County girls lost several returning players this summer?
-
Actually, Moore County’s tuition is listed on their website under “community” header then choose “non-resident student application” and the tuition info is clearly indicated for all to read.

I heard the same last week that the MC girls' coach was wanting the Knox Catholic job to get back closer to her home town. I guess we will see.
-
I have faith in the returning players and any others that make the team. I've heard the returning players are anxious to hit the gym floor already. Ready for football then basketball already. Go MC!
-
Lots of fake news these days. Maybe this will pass.
-
My sources say nothing changed with MC coach today.
-
Tsk tsk... Someone is touchy today... Taking things out of context.
-
She's still young as a coach. Any young coach is resume building.
-
Agreed. A joy to watch her play.
-
The only reason she'd be leaving MC would be for more money. Why are you trying to say MC has a lot of assistants. The girls' team has 1 assistant.
-
Uproar? They simply made a statement how you were obviously calling a kid out when you've likely only seen that kid play a couple of times. If you really understand the fans of MC you know they don't take to kindly to anyone talking bad about one of their own. That's one team where all players understand team play. True, you made an observation, but it's not a true observation if you haven't seen that kid fully play.
-
I'm calling BS on her leaving.
-
Hope it's not 14 you are referring to. She's always been a pleasure to watch the times I've seen her play. Very much a team player. Excited to see the upcoming team next year.

Politics are in every school, in every sport. The girls basketball teams at MC have always worked their tails off. At least for the past 20+ years I've been watching them they have. From Jr Pro, school ball and AAU. Don't blame, admin, board or parents. There are high expectations at every school in different areas no matter how you look at it.

Heard from several that current MC girls coach accepted Tullahoma job and that it will be announced in the coming days and that she will finish out this school year at Tullahoma. Either way girls HS basketball in MC will be fine.
-
Yes they have plenty of potential and have plenty of time to get back to substate then we will go from there. I think many folks will be pleasantly surprised next season. Not sure who you're referring to that goes wide open, but the 4 upcoming seniors have always played team ball. Stop trying to start a rift where there's never been one. Have no dog in the race but been watching all these girls play for years. Good luck to this year's seniors.
