This is true but the way our current coach treats the boys is what most of us are upset about. Winning and losing is an afterthought for most of us. Look at how Dresden has been talked about this year. "You deserve this" and "Dresden is always dirty". We do not want that reputation anymore. This coach has only made things worse. Kids flipping each other off, yelling at coaches. All I have heard and seen from him is total disrespect for the boys. Yelling and cussing them is no way to teach high school boys how to be men. Football to most of us is about teaching these boys hard work, humility, and how to handle success/ failure the right way.

Yes because talent carried us that far. When we needed discipline and real coaching we were knocked out of the playoffs. If injury's had not killed us this year I say the same thing happens. But should wins cover our eyes and ears to the things that are happening behind the scenes?

To all the Trenton fans I'm here saying the fan base is not happy nor condoning this stuff. If you could have came to our side you would have heard our disgust for this nonsense.  I hope all the best for your team going forward this year. Go get that gold ball.

I guess that push from those “special” individuals influenced the Estes hire even more. Now, there’s an “official” petition to get rid of Estes for several reasons, namely the players not respecting him because of his actions and words. Hevy got the last laugh on that one. 

This is so true. Every word. As a proud Dresden fan and former player this kind of play and things I hear going on from coaches after these losses are pathetic. It's time for change now. Estes has to go. Yelling and cussing these boys will never garner the respect he so madly wants.

No idea what we are going to do. Coaching up to this point has been abysmal. Maybe they can get things together. Obviously not this week Peabody is on another level even for most 2A schools.  

If the team that played tonight comes out next Friday you will hang 70+ on us. Coaching staff has failed these boys and they are feeding into it. Tonight hurt to watch as a proud Dresden fan.

I did not want to get on here Friday night and say this but if you were at this game you saw how they played. Anyone who has WC on their schedule should take a long look at this. Along with the TSSAA...

As many feared Yates is out for good. Complete acl tear. 

Hearing lots of things but nothing official on our injured kids. Praying for the best. Coaching has to get better if we want to have success in the future.

Homecoming game day! lets have a clean injury free game tonight. Safe travels for the WC fans.

LC came out strong got the turnover and a quick score but then just nothing till second half. Not sure if they thought they had it in the bag at that point but I said we have talent this year. Yates is good and gets all the attention but key parts came through for us tonight. Every LC fan I talked to was very pleasant and glad no injures for either side. I'm sure we will meet again.

Lions win tonight. I'll eat my crow if otherwise. Hope we watch a clean injury free game tonight. Safe travels lion fans.

Not a lot of options for names in the T anymore. PPride I'm sorry if your feelings are hurt. I do enjoy your posts but this name was not after you haha. What kind of Dresden fan would I be if I copied a Tide fan? 

long time T reader, first comment but I have to agree with dtownfan. We have good talent just need to clean up our fouls. If we play a sound clean game this will be closer than many think. with that said after last year I know how talented this LC team is. Either way I'm ready to make the long trip and cheer our boys on.
