If Ellis and Dickens are 100% for this game and SC is able to contain the pass I think they can put themselves into a position to win. If those things do not happen… I don’t want to think about the score

Station Camp rectifies their offensive woes from last week and retains the cup for the third year in a row.
Station Camp - 24
Gallatin - 21

Thankfully I don’t, would’ve lost the family pet on the Titans long ago.

Station - 28
MJ - 21
Bet the house, car, children’s college tuition on it.

More like incompetent referees. How many times do you have to cross the line to be considered a touchdown? Then to have pictures and video prove it!
Referees were incompetent for both teams the entire game. 3 downs to get half an inch should never have to come down to referee speculation but I will agree that video/picture of the game could have the call going either way.

That is true and it did happen, but there was some incompetent coaching for the Wave from Fall 2012 to 2018. Not anymore.
Well that being said there was incompetent coaching at station from 02 until this season as well. Sadly zoning has really hurt schools talent pool and we will likely not get a “fair” matchup between the two until sumner zoning is redone.

Game has been moved to Thursday for anyone that pertains to.
As for the game itself station camp appears to be heavily out talented based off week one performances but will care more about winning this game than anything else this season. Last time the mayors cup was played at station camp the bison came away with a miracle victory and this team will try their best to repeat that.

Station camp goes above .500 this year book it. The community does not understand how much previous coaching held team back record wise for the last 5 years. Brent has came in and done an absolute phenomenal job and is finally putting the players in a position to win.

Haven’t heard anything yet. 2-3 coaches on staff have the background to be candidates for the job but who knows at this point.

The talent is there just never utilized or goes to a private school. JP2’s running back with sec offers as a junior would have went to station camp even with the zoning change if he chose. Another player at pope that took a visit to Louisville this past weekend would have went to station as well. 3 players at BGA committed to power 5 schools we’re all zoned for station camp at a time as well. The middle school is the largest in the county and with the amount of housing/apartments being built close to the school the numbers will only increase even after liberty creek. If gallatin can flip their culture like they did this year I see no reason why station cant as well, especially since with both teams having poor coaching last year the bison still won. Some of the obstacles would be getting kids to come out to play and getting sponsors to raise money - being such a new school compared to the others and having less alumni they don’t have a plethora of businesses eager to give money for the program. This next season will be a challenge for anyone they bring in due to a very small senior class and still being in 6A. Lots of sophomores played minutes this year and while next year may be rough it will surely get easier after that with an assumed drop down to 5A and more players coming out to play. This is in no form disrespect to Hollinsworth if he would have released his offensive coordinator some time ago I’m sure this program would be in a different place and he would still have his job.

Whatever buzz that would be created by a new coach at SCHS would quickly subside with what they are up against. If rezoning goes through, for two years they will play 6A football with a little over 1300 kids in their school while beech will get to play in 5a with well over 1500. After two years cottontown high school will open and the buzz around a new high school will pull talent and resources away from the existing ones. There is no gain in a new coach at this point as they would just be set up for failure.
Definetly a tough situation for the school. Went from such high numbers to so low so quick. County definetly doesn’t have any mercy for them.

Gallatin has less talent than station camp, and a worse coach too. Things that happened over 20 years ago don’t matter.
GO BISON
I do not agree at all with what this fellow fan has said. Talent is most definetly there just not utilized.

Station Camp is in a tough spot zoning wise honestly. It is more than just Holly.
Certainly agree. Multitudes of injuries year in year out and abysmal offensive play callling and plays does not fall on him in my book.

Hang a Banner. Best accomplishment SC will ever get.
For the near future most likely especially due to the rezoning that is set to occur

I think the Bison Camp is doing just fine
Beat gallatin, good enough year for them I suppose.

Since all y’all gallatin fanboys think that everyone and their grandmother would like to go to gallatin maybe y’all should give urban Meyer a call?

I despise Gallatin high school just as much anyone on this forum, but I have immense love for the city. This is one of the most asinine threads I have read on this site, and for that reason I hope Gallatin wins big.
