17-15 season losing in semi's of Regional to Fulton... 

I wouldn't think this would be a bad job

Rumor has it that this position is open - Who takes it?

I would think it would come from within as with Roane County trying to combine schools this position probably isn't a long term position. 

I am aware of a couple from within that may be interested but unsure about their ability to do the job. A great opportunity as they have several solid returners and a good group coming up from the middle school.

I understand there have been some changes to start times for Saturday games on the boys side

This crew seemed to have a good year even though it ended prematurely tonight. From the sounds of it there are some in house problems that played a role into the season ending early. The "in house" problems have been an issue all season as they lost a starter before Christmas while also having another JR that played last season not play this season. Hopefully things get taken care of and on the right track as those JR's that will be Sr's next year had expectations coming out of ms (even though half are gone due to coaching) while the middle school as some good talent now.

I understand we are at the HS level and the pay isn't great but from what I have seen in and around East TN there are many coaches that need to move on or a change needs to be made just to start fresh
