8 teams represented and the most exciting competition to date... the atmosphere was electric and big lifting from every team. 

Cascade’s Gryphon Lefler won the overall lifter award (pound for pound)

Mt Pleasant’s Tari Frierson had a huge 605 pound deadlift for an event record.

Hickman County’s Roc Colllins had a big day with 300+bench and 560 pound deadlift 

Richland’s Jace Yurawitch and MTP’s Ethan Beasley had big days highlighted with 275 and 285 cleans respectively and 500+ deadlifts 

Wayne County’s Patterson had a great day 

Mt Pleasant won the team award

Teams will compete in the bench, powerclean, deadlifts, 40's, Verticals and more. GameTIme will be timing 40's and measuring Verticals.

We allow individuals to sign up to rep their teams. $25 per competitor if less than 5 on a team.

we allow females to participate as well. Columbia Academy entered a girl last year and she did extremely well.

ages are incoming 9th to 12th grade
