when have i said anything about running or throwing all over miegs? unlike some people I dont talk about mercy ruling teams before the games played. i told you exactly what we had to do to win. run behind our big line and keep it close so we have a chance at the end of the game. unlike miegs who just has to show up.

why would a game with two 10-1 teams be a game of the week? no way south greene deserves to be a game of the week. scrimmage of the week maybe. stepping stone of the week. should be forfeit of the week since we dont have a chance.

why would you do such a thing what about what the computer is saying and parents from the other teams are saying? why would you pick a 10-1 team to win a game? this makes no sense. beside we are forfeiting there is no sense in driving that far to take one on the chin and get embarrassed.

if weve played the way we can and have put ourself in a good spot then it will be a one score game at the half. 21-14 or 14-7 either way gives us a good chance at the end of the game.

miegs 2-0 over those teams south greene 2-0 over those teams you dont get extra trophies for winning by a lot.

i know what happened last year and the year before but this aint those years. this team has learned from those playoff loses and is better cause of it. im not guarenteeing a victory or anything, just dont get your feelings hurt when the clocks not running in the 4th and everything hasnt gone your way. if we dont fumble and cause a few turnovers we will have a very good chance.

i never said it would be easy because unlike some i see a 10-1 record and think man we will have to earn this and not mercy rule mercy rule mercy rule.

i think were 10-1 for a reason and that reason is the o and d lines. we are MUCH bigger than miegs and thats an advantage. if we dont turn the ball over we will be able to run it on miegs d. im not gonna guarentee a win but i guarentee south greene is a lot better than you think they are and this will be a close game the rebels have a very good chance of winning.
