Going on over a month now and still nothing, rumor mill or not I think a decision needs to be made. Maybe they don’t have anyone wanting it and maybe rumor mill don’t need it they are taking this long to come to an agreement.

What is the hold up here? I have not heard anything in weeks. Are they waiting for the right person or is something else going on?

Do we have any updates? Has anyone interviewed?

They still haven’t posted this job, does that mean anything?

I don’t know who in the building would want it and I can’t see the boys coach at RBS leaving, but I have been wrong before. I will say, I did hear that a former RBS coach has shown some interest in the job. Not sure that would be the right path to go down.

Must be the going thing. I could see this one coming though. Wonder who the replacement will be??? 

Anyone know what is going on with the coaching situation? Just heard the coach “resigned”. Who is next in line?

So I have a question, with schools fixing to be out. What are the guidelines for 8th graders practicing with the high school team? I have been under the impression that they could not practice until the school year was over and that would be the same for a transfer kid as well. I know for a fact that one high school is having the the 8th graders come over after school for practice. Just wondered if someone knew the rules.

No talk on this topic? Seen that it was posted and would think that a hire would be made pretty soon. Any names out there?

I hear it is Perry but his name is coming up for the Westmoreland job also.

I hear it is Abner's to turn down and that Perry is taking over at Station Camp.

I will answer this question, she is from Red Boiling Springs. Now to an more important question, who is going to be the next coach? These girls need someone good and stable with all they have been through.

Not because they lost in double OT but the fact that they have lost several games this year.

What is going on in Macon County? Lost in double OT last night to a team they had already beat. Seems like things are going downhill fast.

I believe that Coach Abner would be a front runner for any job. My question would be why put this out there unless you knew for a fact that she put in for it because I don't know why she would want to leave?

Heard she was gone, that she resigned as a teacher and coach. They cancelled their fundraiser for this weekend. Just wonder who will take her place?

8AA with the sweep. LA wins in double OT, Watertown by 2, and Upperman and York win running away. Now Upperman host LA and York will host Watertown Tuesday night.

Wonder how quick some will be let go? Hearing some talk in that may give it up at the when the season is over.

I have been wondering the same in Middle TN, some getting out and some being let go.

What happened in the LA/Watertown game, not that I thought Watertown would have won but score at half was like 45-12 and coach had gotten a T. Anyone at the game and fill me in?
