They were on spring break

Bradley is on spring break this week. Many already had plans! I bet the stone and Lebanon crowd would have been smaller if kids didn’t get out of school to come! Love big crowds and loud environments and the players deserve it!

I will let bearettes alltheway deal with hoh!! We lost due to injuries but never the less we lost! Good luck to stone and Lebanon the rest of the way!!

So Anna walkers last game was a 25 point substate win! So in 4 years they lost 9 games playing some of the best in the country! Bradley will be back and strong for several years. 

Listen all 8 teams have played well or they would not be at the glass house! Each team must play hard enough to beat whoever they play that day not anyone else! Any team that shoots poorly and their opponent shots well will have trouble. If the refs for that game call a type game that is difficult for a certain team makes it also difficult! Play well or go home! Should be a great week

Monday night will be two really good games in a packed house! Tournament basketball at its best. Roy sewell gym has a certain magic to it for sure!! 

I had seen cookeville play a couple times and knew they would fire up the long shots. Hit the 2 banks in the first quarter for the mo!! They are a good team and they played hard. So proud of Camri mayo and Alexis Barnes for stepping up big time tonight. It was tournament basketball for sure. Refs were from a different area and had not been at Bradley! I realize that there were foul shot difference but part of that was the 10 shots made in the fourth due to intentional fouls. That happens in home courts like Bradley and Cookeville and white county! I feel They gave it all they had just couldn’t make the long ones at the end. Win and advance! See everyone Monday in Sparta!!

I have seen cookeville play a couple times! Should be a good game!

I believe board of control votes in March with a June vote by members. Would be for fall of 2022 ! Just what I hear

I can assure it that I am not coach Reuter! He would not give any credibility to this topic. He is preparing the bearettes for tomorrow’s battle with cleveland! I fell for him and the team for having to deal with this absolutely unnecessary mess. 

Well I am not going to comment anymore on this just hope merr can get something worked out. She was a  very big part of Bradley program and just hope she can play again next year. Hard for me to imagine she walked away from a chance to repeat for state championship and even as mvp! But the bearettes move forward ! Go bearettes 

That is why they gave rights to grandmother! Wonder if they gave rights to her sister at Bradley as well??

To answer another point the walker who lives in humboldt is Anna walkers uncle and follows her closely.

Don’t want to get into any merr bashing . She has spent many hours at my granddaughters home . So sad fo all this has happened! If you read the Tssaa by-laws it clearly stated that if you have a change of guardianship then student must live in that new guardians home for 12 months before she is eligible! Now don’t know how tssaa will handle. I do know they are aware of this situation. Bradley may not even challenge because they will move on with the players they have!! 

So I think some of you think because the player left the bearettes just need to shut it down!! Just watch them continue to pursue the ultimate goal with who they have and not worry about who chose to leave! Will it affect their team of course but I have learned that all change is not bad! Hold on they will give it all they have. 

I have read all these posts and would just say that teams like Bradley have trouble even getting non district games! Probably should not have played but do you expect them to play just 20 games. Soddy and ooltewah were district games . I know for a fact that many schools would not play Bradley. I mean they have played 5 defending state champs and  then #1 bearden and previous #1 Farragut. Ensworth came to Bradley and won as did Blackman and I think those will be replayed next year at different locations. I feel for Marion but running clock was used! We were down one starter but when you play you have to play hard or better off not playing. It was tough but some of the complainers need to step up and schedule Bradley and show them how to play!! 

The poll just put out by Tim lownsdale came about about an hour ago in my opinion is the best because it is done by coaches in the know! Sometimes the media polls have a lot of partiality.
