Man a mixture,we made very un Tide like mistakes, play Calling was lack luster ,blocking was soft ! Hopefully it was our game to get out of our own heads,we had one in 2018 2019 and now 2020.
I don’t think we blocked the 43 kid but once maybe one and a half times all night...

7-3 Tide at the half.

I honestly think money wise with the Memphis teams being off the schedule and a couple of good out of region games
This is how I look at it as well. Region 8 teams brought no fans and the home crowd is down as well those games. Going 1a with a speculated 7-8 team region will leave fewer non region games to be scheduled. Even though some will be blowouts I think the regional matchups will bring a few more fans.

Awesome game here guys! Big win for the Ville. Bring on November football...

Region 7 will more than likely be Lake County, Peabody, Halls, Dresden, So. Fulton, Humboldt, Greenfield and Gkeason. I think McKenzie and West Carroll will go to region 6 with Bruceton, Wayne County,Collinwood, Perry County, McEwen. Middleton in region 8 with Memphis schools. Who knows what TSSAA will do.
This is what I was thinking for region 7 as well. Never know how it will fall though.

Milan is the only team that hasn’t been gibson countyesque the last three years. We lose quite a bit of our line next year. so honestly I don’t know how good we will be but I also don’t know what we have to replace them so the line could be fine. We do keep the majority of our skill players though.
I think the sophomore 51 has the ability to step up next season and center the ball well for the Tide. In my opinion he did well this season as a back-up before his injury.
Guards will return.
Now at tackle two seniors will have to be replaced It’ll be a tall task to do. Minis and Hopkins are men on the field. It’ll be fun to see what young guys rise to the occasion.

Really hate to hear this... Thoughts and prayers from Trenton.

As Jacobs said after the Halls game. “Everyone in Trenton remembers that game.”

Trenton Peabody should face it's toughest competition out of Memphis ever in the first round, a bye week.
Honestly I don’t like this though. I believe the tidemen grew exponentially in that Fairly game last year.

I feel like this will be a fairly physical matchup. McKenzie has a tough squad tho. Think they will take it by 2-3 touches ...

2nd Drive in a row start a drive with a chop block ... First one on a four yard loss and this one on maybe a two yard gain ... Back inside the 10 again ...
I’ve never been to a UC game where there wasn’t a chop block called...

Big question is can UC keep the Tide D from scoring ?
That’ll definitely be interesting to see. UC will be ready to play, as you know, so I think they play fairly clean. Special teams has the chance to do something big and is always fun.

Alright Tide and Tornado Nations what say you?
Man up or woman up for my wife, heck don't know if we got other female posters on this thread! Give a real opinion of your score prediction. Here are some game points to ponder.
1 .UC has the edge in the last 10 years games played.
2. UC has dominated PHS before can they again?
3. What's better? Peabody a blowouts or UCs hard fought wins ?
4. UC will have a different look does that give PHS troubles ?
5. Peabody has the most physical D UC will have seen all year !
6. If PHS starts slow and UC comes out firing can PHS keep coming back this week like others ?
7. Will UC be able to handle the overall team speed of PHS.
I don't want my UC kinfolk and friends mad but after seeing practices this week and taking time to watch alot of film here is my opinion
Tide 42
Tornadoes 14
I think it’s a tough hard fought first half. Possibly within one score going into the half. I think the Tide comes out on top with a fairly close score to yours.
I’m saying
42-14 Tide.
Possibly 21 if a pick six or coverage blowup occurs.
